Glück ist etwas, das wir uns alle wünschen. Transformative Breathwork
Transformative Breathwork
[TICKETS ARE SOLD VIA EVERSPORTS](https://www.eversports.ch/org/activity/ce010b03-5bc5-4cb0-b310-b061caca8751) **Have you noticed how your body responds to stress — and what helps it to release?** These monthly sessions offer a safe and powerful space to explore your breath, body, and emotions in a new way. This type of breathwork can support you in releasing built-up tension, reducing stress, processing emotions, and moving through inner blockages. Many participants leave with a deep sense of peace and inner calm. I will always respect your boundaries and only guide you as far as feels safe and right for you. It’s not about forcing anything that isn’t there, but about giving you space and time for self-exploration and -regulation. After a short introduction, you’ll be guided through a breath journey using the technique of conscious connected breathing. The experience is supported by music and gentle bodywork, with time for rest and integration at the end. Held in a small and intimate group setting, these sessions are open to all levels — no previous experience needed. **What Anja Unda Breath stands for?** Ever since discovering the powerful knowledge about the breath and nervous system, I'm passionate about making it accessible to as many people as possible. That's the great thing about the breath after all: you always have it with you. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach: not every breathwork technique fits every nervous system. That’s why I offer options that match your unique needs, and invite you to move at your own pace — with curiosity, presence, and self-compassion. Walk to the Monastery of Fischingen, ending with a visit of the organs (german)
**Walk description:** We start in Steg at 9:05 and then continue to Fischingen. We must reach it before 14:30 for the visit [von Steg nach Fischingen | Wanderung | Komoot](https://www.komoot.com/de-de/tour/2792737900?share_token=aU7rKJB5q1VQhYuvxPXjlCv2hhwsiAwZHb6c1TWzasLcNPgJUv&ref=wtd) This is perhaps a easy walk but it is better to be fit and have good shoes. **More information about the visit of the monastery organs** For free, we have a guided visit of the organs in german. [Klosterführung, die Geschichte der heiligen Idda, Orgelspaziergang](https://klosterfischingen.ch/rahmenangebote/fuehrungen-orgelkonzert/) I suppose it will be like last time. i.e. : 1 hour long It start at 14:30 in case you just want to join for the visit **How to go with the train (from Zurich and I will meet you on the way):** [Verbindungen Zürich HB nach Steg | Das Online-Portal der SBB für Fahrplan, Zug und ÖV](https://www.sbb.ch/de?stops=Z%C3%BCrich+HB_I8503000~Steg_I8503135&day=2026-03-15&time=07_20&moment=dep&trip=3) **dedicated whatapp group** [WhatsApp-Gruppeneinladung](https://chat.whatsapp.com/I4tUknQKgfiLigunbcV6zu) **Registration:** To sign up, please select "Yes" in the WhatsApp community survey for this activity: [🌄 Switzerland Discovery Crew (Preferred Ages 18-35)🌄 | WhatsApp-Kanal](https://www.whatsapp.com/channel/0029VaoercY1XquRrJm58k3V) If the event will happen in more than 30 days, I haven't added the survey in the channel yet. (Because message in a WhatsApp channel can be read by a new member only 30 days before he joins. But you can already enter the corresponding WhatsApp group) If you are concerned about privacy, only the admin of a WhatsApp channel can see who has voted in a poll (unlike a WhatsApp group). Please sign up only when you are certain! You can also register through Meetup, as it helps build momentum; however, I rely only on the number of people who signed up through the WhatsApp survey.
*** **English** Lake Zurich offers space, reflections, and quiet movement. On this mindful walk, we meet at a lakeside lido, a place between water, concrete, wood, and memory. We observe the water: waves, light reflections, subtle structures beneath the surface. We take time for details – peeling paint, traces of summer, empty docks, silent stairs leading into the lake. The contrast between natural movement and still architecture creates powerful visual moments. **Why join?** You refine your perception of subtle change and minimal motion. Water becomes a stage for light and time. The abandoned lido offers strong lines, textures, and stories. An inspiring setting for mindful photography or short video sequences – reduced, clear, present. **What to expect:** * **Arrival & intention:** A short introduction to focus your attention * **Observing water:** Discover reflections, transparency, and rhythm * **Exploring the space:** Experience shapes and structures with awareness * **Closing circle:** Reflection and exchange by the lake This walk invites you to make stillness visible – whether with a camera or smartphone. Looking forward to seeing you, Daniel PS: This walk is free, a [donation](https://tscharner.payrexx.com/pay?tid=861b78d0) to cover expenses is very much appreciated.
Algorithmic Trading & Crypto
Algorithmic Trading & Crypto
## (Lesson 2) ## What to expect Project Equilibrium is an in-person introduction to disciplined, rule-based trading automation. This first event is designed to be clear, practical, and approachable no hype, no pressure, and no prior technical background required. ### Why we meet (two-session structure) This meetup is structured as **two lessons**: **Lesson 1 — The “Why” (mindset + framework)** * What Project Equilibrium is (and what it is not) * Why we focus on process, rules, and execution discipline * What “24/7 execution” means in practice * Q&A and open discussion **Lesson 2 — The “How” (step-by-step setup)** * A simple walkthrough of the basic tools you need * Step-by-step guidance to install and prepare the required exchange apps/accounts * A clear checklist to be ready for future sessions (You won’t be left alone—everything is explained calmly and in order.) ### What to bring To make the second lesson smooth, please bring: * **A smartphone** (for authentication and exchange app setup) * **A laptop** (for the setup steps and configuration) If you only have one device, you can still join Lesson 1. The setup lesson is simply easier with both. ### Who this is for * People curious about algorithmic execution and portfolio discipline * Beginners who want a structured approach * Experienced traders who want more consistency and less stress ### Agenda * Welcome + introductions * Lesson focus of the day (Why / How) * Guided walkthrough (where applicable) * Q&A + next steps ### How to find the group * Arrive a few minutes early and look for the **Project Equilibrium** group. * I will be there to welcome attendees if you’re unsure, simply ask the venue staff for the Meetup group name.

Let's try a Friday Night Fish Fry!
Let's try a Friday Night Fish Fry!
We thought of one of the interesting things that can be enjoyed at this time of the year. We will be meeting at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church for a "Fish Fry" in Marian Hall on Friday, March 27th at 5:00 PM. It might be fun for you to experience what has become a tradition on the Fridays before Easter. They will have fried fish or baked fish, French fries and Cole slaw, as well as beverages, all for $16.00 for adults. They will have other beverages and desserts available for sale, as well. We have never tried this, and sometimes there are quite a few people at these events so we hope that we will be able to find each other easily. I'll try to have signs outside Marian Hall that Identify our group. We hope to have you join us!
