During this section we do a short 5-rhythms movement meditation practice to release tension in the body. We then move on to fun improv exercises and games. We ease into this section starting from shorter, straightforward improv games and activities to slightly longer and more dynamic once 😊 Who attends our club? Come and join a friendly but competitive bunch of players each and every Tuesday at UEL Sports Dock. If love playing Badminton for fun or competitively then pay us a visit. Cost of session £12 (Payment must be made before the session ends. The details of bank transfer to be advised by email, once you RSVP.) Feather shuttles are used. • There is a large car-park at UEL (FREE 5.30pm onward). • Nearest DLR stations are Gallions Reach and Cyprus, then a 5 minutes walk to UEL Sports Dock. • Session are more suited for Intermediate to Club standard players, although we cater for all standards of play. A Rabble session is 1 hour of fun and social team games. Each game disguises high-intensity intervals within the rules, giving you an effective, all-body workout without even realising it. We play a bunch of different games at each session (like British Bulldog, Capture the Flag, Dodgeball, Frisbee and many more), and every class is different. Sessions are open to all, no matter your sporting ability. Each game is explained before we start, so there's no need to have played any of the games before. Come solo or bring friends! You just need a willingness to run around a LOT! Bring trainers (or cleats/football boots) and clothes you can run in and plenty of water • Please try to bring both a light top and a dark top as this makes splitting into balanced teams easier • Throwing from 2:00pm ish, we'll kick off a friendly pick-up game around 2:15. It's fine if you can only make it later on - we play with substitutes so you can join in at any point. If no one is there when you arrive, don't worry, people are probably just late! If the meetup is not cancelled, frisbee will be happening! • Afterwards we always head to a pub garden and have a drink or two :) • Frisbee is a non-contact sport, but the occasional bumps can happen, we're all playing at our own risk

Script Reading, Improvisation, Voice Projection, Games, Public Speaking and audition techniques will be some of the points covered over the coming terms. Drama is ideal for building confidence, helping with articulation and developing presentation skills. It is also a lot of fun! The classes have built up over the last five years and are run by Mario Renzullo, who was an original member of the famed Anna Scher Theatre and made his professional debut in 1970, and went on to have many lead TV, film and theatre roles. Mario founded the theatrical agency Smart Management, which has been running for over twenty years. The classes are open to a wide age range and welcome those new to acting as well as those with professional acting experience. Typically, between 12 and 20 people join us each week, creating a lively and engaging group dynamic. Venue: The Angel Church, Chadwell Street EC1R 1XA Five minutes’ walk from the Angel tube station.
