The address is as follows;Oxley bizhub 1, Blk 65 Ubi road 1 #04-27 S(408729) [Directions](Drivers) 1) way one- Entering the building if you can find the ramp up, head to level 4.- Turn right once you exit- Follow the road (your car would across a bridge)- once across, head straight till the lift lobby- you should see a glass door to your left. Exit car & walk down the corridor till you find the "wooden door" (refer pic) 2) way 2- Entering building you head down basement- park & find blk 65 ( yellow colored)- head up either of the lifts- look for the wooden door (see pic), it is right in the middle of the corridor. (BMW aka Bus Mrt Walk)1) Way one- take mrt to Tai Seng- find exit B- once you see the light of day, turn right & keep walking straight till you are at the traffic light- you should see OXLEY BIZHUB logo on the building diagonally across you. Walk towards it- Refer to below for the rest of the way 2) way 2- if you can only take buses these are the ones you can take to trinity @ paya lebar8, 22, 24, 28, 43, 58, 70m, 70, 76, 80, 158- the building is directly opposite trinity church (so no matter which side you alight. the building - OXYLEY BIZHUB, is opposite the church)- refer to further instructions below (BMW - part 2)- Entering the grand building up the stairs. Walk straight towards the middle building & find the lift lobby- once you find the lift, ONLY in the middle building. Press level 4 (if there is numbers above 4, you have taken the wrong lift)- exiting the lift (of the middle building) it should take you up to the swimming pool & fitness gym.Turn right!- we are right in the middle of that building you see right in front of you. - find the glass door that leads you to a straight corridor- find the "wooden door" ( refer to pic) Hope the above has been comprehensive

A: The workout varies each week to keep things interesting. It will typically be either distance-based repeats (e.g., 400m or 800m efforts) or a pyramid session where the distance or time increases and then decreases. The specific workout will be explained during the pre-run briefing. Q: Is this session suitable for beginners? A: Absolutely! This is the perfect session for runners of any level. Because we use a repeating loop, everyone is in the same area. This format means you can run at your own pace without any pressure or worry about being left behind. It's a great way to meet the group. Q: Do I need to know my target paces? A: It's helpful, but not required. Reach out to the organiser during the briefing before the run, and we can work it out together. Q: Is the workout based on time or distance? A: It is usually based on distance, run on the 888m sheltered track that circles the National Stadium. However, the format can sometimes vary. Q: How long does the session last? A: Including the warm-up, briefing, main workout, and a cool-down, the entire session lasts about one hour. Q: Is there a place to leave my bag? A: Yes. Most runners leave their bags together by the side of the track. However, this area is unattended. For valuables, we strongly recommend using the paid lockers available at the Sports Hub. Lockers near the stadium cost approximately $6 for 6 hours of use. Q: Are there toilets and water coolers nearby? A: Yes, the Sports Hub is well-equipped. There are water coolers available near Gates 4 and 16, and toilets are also accessible. Q: What happens if it rains? A: We run on! The track is almost completely sheltered, so rain does not stop our session.

Welcome back to Rumble. This year our focus is to help you climb stronger, descend safer, and move more confidently on hikes. We’ll keep our 4 core stations — feet and calves, engine, climbing strength, and downhill control — so you can actually feel progress over the weeks, not just get through a workout! **Meeting Place:** as seen in the image (Right next to Old Hill Street Police Station; opposite Funan) Accessible via different MRT lines and bus stops 3 min walk from Clarke Quay Stn Exit E **Duration:** 1.5h **Level:** Intermediate **What to expect:** 1. Warm-up & dynamic stretching 1. Stamina, Stability and Single Leg strengthening exercises with Stairs/Steps :) 1. Jogging/briskwalking between stations **Items to bring/wear** * comfortable sports attire and appropriate shoes * (Arm-length) Towel and water bottle * Most of us will be carrying our bags as part of hike training (you can choose to leave them in your car if you’re driving or bring a small bag) Make sure you are able to run with your bag! (e.g. BACKPACK) **Note:** * In the event of wet weather, the event will be cancelled. However, if it is just a light drizzle, we may still proceed with caution or head to AU office for Signature Indoor Workout. * If you will be late or unable to make it, please inform me in advance (WA +6597318648) or update your RSVP by 8 p.m. the night before so that I can inform the next person on the waitlist. * We’re capping this at **20 pax per session** so it stays focused and manageable. * Priority will go to 2026 AU trip participants and Elite AU club members. **Training Program-Focusing on stamina, mental resilience, and consistent pacing with no long breaks unless regrouping!** 🗓 Date: 15th May 2026(Fri) ⏰ Time: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM 📍Meetup: Woodlands MRT( Near Control Station) North South Line - RED NOT SUITABLE FOR BEGINNER 🚶‍♂️Activity: Endurance Walk 📍Route: Woodlands MRT→ Ulu Sembawang PCN → T15 → Dairy Farm Loop→Hillview MRT → Rail all for Lunch → - The End 🧭 Distance: ~15km+++ (Let's see where our feet bring us) 🎯 Goal: Build endurance, no long pauses, consistent effort to test and stretch your limit 🧠 Training Guidelines Hydration Strategy: Carry at least 1L of water. + electrolytes (no sugary drinks) No Long Pauses: 1-3mins only if needed to regulate Pack your lunch as we won't stop for lunch. Breathing: Inhale 3–4 steps, exhale 3–4 steps (rhythmic breathing) 🎒 **What to Bring:** *Minimum 1L of water - Light snacks or energy bars *Towel/small cloth - Rain gear or poncho (weather dependent) *Proper hiking shoes - Sunscreen and a cap *EZ-Link card / small cash for lunch Note: Train smart.
