Halo Bitcoiner Bekasi! 👋
📌 Info Penting:🔸 Tiket **GRATIS**, tapi peserta beli makan/minum sendiri selama acara🔸 Tidak ada promosi altcoin, NFT, token, atau proyek “kripto” lainnya🔸 100% tentang **Bitcoin** — teknologi, nilai, dan potensinya untuk dunia

Everyone is always welcome to join our events. Our community is all about creating authentic in-person connections in this urban jungle. Come as you are... it’s the best version of yourself.
**ABOUT THE EVENT**
Jakarta is referred to as a melting pot due to its status as a "home" for numerous ethnic groups and cultures from across Indonesia. Indonesia is abundant in local artistry and artists. Therefore, let's discover them together.
At this event, we'll honor Indonesian women artists by attending an art exhibition at the **National Gallery of Indonesia**. Until the end of this month, the gallery will present the artwork of 12 female Indonesian artists spanning various generations.
We'll gather at 5.00 PM and meet in the lobby of the gallery.
**Note: There's an entrance fee. 50.000 IDR for WNI and WNA with KITAS. And 150.000 IDR for WNA. This can be paid on the spot.**
* Here is the location: https://maps.app.goo.gl/tKHFiE1iS4dewufM8
* And here is their Social Media presence: https://www.instagram.com/galerinasional/?hl=en
After visiting the Gallery, we'll have dinner at the **Stroom Coffee**. And if you want to join only for dinner, it's possible too! However, you will need to find the group and be patient to get a seat at the restaurant, etc.
It's the first time we organise this event! You can take a look at **[all past events of JakFri here](https://www.meetup.com/jakarta-friends/events/?type=past)**!
**ABOUT THE VENUE**
Once we finish exploring the art exhibit, we'll head over to **Stroom Coffee** for dinner. It's just a quick 5-minute stroll from the National Gallery of Indonesia.
Despite having "Coffee" in its name, the menu features a diverse selection of food and beverages. The restaurant is located within a historic building, creating a lovely ambiance for us to enjoy our meal and have our "female talk." Let’s create our own safe space to exchange stories.

Writers' Club: GIVE & RECEIVE FEEDBACK on your writings 📖✍️🤓 with JakWri
Hello, Jakarta Writer! **Are you a member of [Jakarta Friends](https://www.meetup.com/jakarta-friends/) yet?** Want to see **pictures** of past events? **[Take a look here!](https://www.meetup.com/jakarta-creatives/photos/)** And feel free to upload a few pictures you will take at the event 😊
JakCre and JakFri is **the** biggest, oldest, most active, and most inclusive MeetUp community in Jakarta… and we invite you to join us for this **WRITERS' CLUS: Give and receive FEEDBACK** **on your writing! 📖✍️🤓**
Everyone is always welcome to join our events. Our community is all about creating authentic in-person connections in this urban jungle.
Come as you are... it’s the best version of yourself.
**ABOUT THE EVENT**
What's one of the most difficult part in writing? Getting high-quality feedback!
This event addresses exactly this! Plus, writers will have the chance to be part of a friendly community and a support system for fellow creatives. **We want to help and elevate each other!**
This is what we will do: We will meet at the indicated time (please don't be late) and everyone who wishes to can drop their name on a box for a lucky draw. One person is selected by chance and will need to have a text **of any kind** (poetry/fiction/non-fiction/essay/article/script/blog/music lyrics/whatever!) ready to share with everyone on a Google drive folder.
Then everyone will take their time and read the piece(s) on their own. We allocate **about 90 minutes quiet reading time**. Readers will take notes on what they wish to give feedback to. The author is also welcome to brief readers on what they should pay attention to or give feedback on.
People who wishes to be there as readers only (that is, without putting their name in the lucky draw box), are most welcome to! The crucial part is that everyone needs to be respectful of each other's craft and give **polite, constructive feedback**!
After reading time, there is the feedback time! **For about 90 minutes, we will discuss what we have read, and give feedback to the author.**
Sounds easy, fun, and productive? It is. Everyone will have the chance to learn something new! This event doesn't require any preparation! We will read and give feedback on the spot.
It's important that everyone is **on time** and **ready to share their text on Google Drive** for everyone to read, so that we can start without delays!
This will be a unique occasion to receive a feedback on your writings (of any kind) and to practice your ability to give and receive feedbacks on texts!
Just be ready to share (not mandatory) **a piece of your writing of about 2,000 words** (1,000 to 10,000 words is OK, too, but be aware that a shorter piece is more likely to receive plenty of feedback) as a Google Drive link and grant people access to read.

The End of Human-Scale AppSec
For decades, application security has been built around a simple assumption: humans are the primary producers of software. We train developers, review their pull requests, model threats in design meetings, and build controls around human decision-making. That assumption is rapidly breaking down.
As AI coding assistants evolve into autonomous software agents, organizations will gain access to an effectively unlimited engineering workforce capable of producing software at a speed no human team can match. The pressure to adopt these systems will be driven not by curiosity, but by competition. Companies that successfully harness agentic development will ship faster, iterate faster, and potentially outpace those that do not.
This shift forces a fundamental rethinking of application security. The future of AppSec is not securing developers—it is governing an agentic workforce. Threat modeling, code review, security testing, and change management will not disappear, but they will need to operate at machine speed and increasingly be performed by systems rather than people. In this talk, Ken Johnson, CTO of DryRun Security, explores what the next decade of application security may look like, the assumptions that will no longer hold, and why security professionals must understand these systems deeply if they hope to influence the future rather than react to it.
AI Meetup (June): Secure AI Agents
Important: Register on [AICamp website](https://www.aicamp.ai/event/eventdetails/W2026061814) is required for admission.
**Description:**
Welcome to the AI meetup in Washington DC. Join us for deep dive tech talks on AI, GenAI, LLMs and Agents, hands-on experiences on code labs, workshops, and networking with speakers and fellow developers.
**Agenda:**
\* 5:30pm\~6:00pm: Checkin, Food/drink and networking
\* 6:00pm\~8:00pm: Tech talks and Q&A
\* 8:00pm: Happy Hour at Courthouse Social (cross the street)
**Tech Talk: Secure Developer Environments in the Age of AI Agents**
**Speaker:** Patrick Brown (Coder)
**Abstract:** Federal engineering teams are under pressure to ship faster while meeting some of the most demanding security and compliance requirements in the world. In this talk, Patrick Brown of Coder explores how cloud development environments (CDEs) give agencies a foundation to accelerate software delivery without sacrificing control — and why that foundation matters even more as AI-powered coding agents enter the workflow. He'll cover how CDEs keep source code off endpoints, enforce zero-trust access patterns, and provide the consistent, ephemeral infrastructure that both human developers and AI agents need to operate safely at scale.
**Speakers:**
Stay tuned as we are updating speakers and schedules.
If you have a keen interest in speaking to our community, we invite you to submit topics for consideration: [Submit Topics](https://forms.gle/JkMt91CZRtoJBSFUA)
**Sponsors:**
We are actively seeking sponsors to support AI developers community. Whether it is by offering venue spaces, providing food, or cash sponsorship. Sponsors will not only speak at the meetups, receive prominent recognition, but also gain exposure to our extensive membership base of 5,000+ AI developers in D.C and 500K+ worldwide.
Learn all things Data Science and Compete on Kaggle
We will be meeting at Starbucks to learn together. Come with an online class you're already going through or an interest and we will try to connect you with a course where you can learn it. Already have a skill you want to contribute to a Kaggle Datascience competition? We will work on these too! Laptop required :)
Circlesinging Together ** Elwood Smith Community Center, Rockville **
LOCATION CHANGE: In June we are back at Elwood Smith Community Center, Rockville!
\*\*\*
The community-singing event where where everything's made up and the point — to sing for our lives — matters.
Our leaders will teach you parts to sing for spontaneously-composed choral pieces. We play a variety of listening/music/singing games, and create safe opportunities for participants to improvise as little or as much as they might like.
Good for all skill levels, shower-singers to seasoned pros, no sheet-music-reading required.
\*\*\*
We usually meet on the second Sunday of the month, and will continue to meet in-person as long as it makes sense. We encourage and provide masks.
We will also plan on continuing our Zoom circles from time to time. So please check the day before/day of the meetup each month to confirm date & details.
This world needs more song; join in the fun, and be the music you want to hear in the world.
Hope to see you there!

NOVA Code and Coffee is an inclusive, informal, co-working session. People of all skill levels are invited. The concept is simple, bring a laptop and ideas, we'll provide the coffee and donuts! Here's how it works:
1. At 10:15 everyone introduces themselves and briefly describes what brought them to Code & Coffee today (project, homework, networking, etc)
2. For the rest of the day, folks work in the communal space on their projects providing one another help and conversation as needed. Oh and they usually drink coffee and tea too!
That's it! Hope to see you there!

Conference Room A- Large, Floor 1
This is a new venue for us, so give us some time to get more details about it.
Driving is the best option. There is plenty of free on-site parking. Otherwise, we are a 22 minute bus from the Vienna Metro Station. Bicycling from Vienna is possible but difficult, though once you are here, there's a bike rack in the garage behind the building, and there's also a Capital Bikeshare dock 15 min walk away.
