This group is all about improving football skills, staying active, and meeting people who enjoy the game. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced player, the goal is to create a fun and supportive environment where everyone can develop their technique, fitness, and confidence on the ball. Who are you hoping to meet? I’m hoping to meet friendly and motivated football lovers who want to train regularly, improve together, and enjoy the social side of the sport. All skill levels are welcome — the focus is on learning, teamwork, and having fun. What will we do at the event? Each session will include football training drills and small practice games focused on: Shooting practice Passing drills Dribbling exercises Ball control and movement Fitness and agility work Small-sided matches when possible The sessions will be relaxed, energetic, and designed to help everyone improve while enjoying the game.

Public speaking workshops can be so boring! so many of them teach a business/political style of speaking which feels inauthentic and insincere. The meetings themselves are often a repetitive format with the same style of speaking week in week out. Do you want something a bit more playful? A bit more fun? A bit more varied? Then you have come to the right place! My philosophy is that, at some point in our lives, we’ve learnt that it isn’t safe to be ourselves in front of others. We don’t learn to be ourselves by learning how to stand, how to move our arms or how to walk on stage, the truth is you can’t learn to be yourself, because you already are yourself. The real question is: why don’t we feel safe enough to express it? The aim of this weekly drop-in class is to liberate you from your own social inhibitions. To get to a point where it makes no difference whether you are speaking to a close friend one on one or speaking to an audience of 20 strangers, imagine how powerful it would feel to get to that position, a position where the audience has no influence over your behaviour and no influence over your nervous system. Railway day out using the very scenic Wessex line through the perfect English countryside of Surrey & Hampshire. We will alight at Alton to travel on the Mid Hants Steam Railway “The Watercress Line”. The railway has great views along the edge of the South Downs National Park in Hampshire. Opened in 1865, the railway was soon nicknamed for its early role in transporting Watercress to the markets in London and beyond. We will travel to the historic town of Alresford. It has a charming Georgian town centre with independent shops, picturesque river walks and the medieval Fulling Mill. This weekend features the 1940s festival on the railway. Each of the four station has period displays, military re-enactments and wartime station cafes. there will be a wide collection of re enactment groups, vehicles and vintage fairs. Plus 1940s style bands playing with the chance to learn & dance Lindy Hop & Jitterbug. Period dress advisable if you can find it in your wardrobe Option to easy 3 mile scenic walk between tow of the stations to explore the Hampshire countryside Meet at Benugo coffee shop on balcony by the station clock from 9.40am. With majestic oaks and centuries old hornbeam trees at the northern limit of their range, the forest is a National Nature Reserve of European importance. Heading out along the scenic Hertfordshire Way, we will be walking the length of this picturesque woodland. Passing by a recreated Celtic village we will be following the path of an ancient Roman Road marked today solely by a leafy glade. Having made our way to the other end of the forest, our walk will also take us by a pretty country manor house that, in another era, was a spy training centre. **Meeting place**: Moorgate train station (that gives us a direct train service) - by the Ticket office.
