This event is designed to be a safe space where you can freely express your creativity without fear of judgment or criticism.
We will have a variety of crafting supplies available including paint, yarn, crochet needles, beads, coloring books, origami paper, markers... However, feel free to bring your own supplies or current projects if you'd like to work on something specific.

The Language Café is primarily aimed at people who are struggling with their mental health which can make it hard to go to regular courses. We want to create a safe space for everyone to learn and practise without pressure. Everyone is welcome! Please try to be on time so we can all get started together :)
We mainly practise on a beginner/lower intermediate level and adapt to everyone's prior level of German.
The Language Café will focus on teaching you the most important words and phrases and basic grammar in German. The content of the course is adapted to real life. (everyday life in Germany, dealing with authorities, etc.) We will cover different topics every week and you can join us anytime, since the topics do not necessarily build on each other.
The Sprachcafé is for free.

Neha Pugalia is the founder of Yogicescape Berlin, home to two studios in Prenzlauer Berg and Friedrichshain. She embodies the essence of India's living traditions — the Vedas, Ayurveda, and holistic living — and has been leading Yoga, Pranayama, and breathwork trainings worldwide, including 200-hour and 300-hour teacher training programmes. Her approach is not just instructional. It is a direct transmission of living practice — a heartfelt offering of love and deep wisdom rooted in ancient scripture. Since many of us haven't yet had the opportunity to meet, we'll begin by getting to know one another and sharing what brought us to this community.
We'll also explore one of the most common challenges many women experience during this season of life: sleep.
Whether you're navigating insomnia, waking up in the middle of the night, racing thoughts, night sweats, exhaustion, burnout, or simply not feeling rested, you're not alone.
This will be a relaxed, low-pressure coffee shop meetup focused on connection and conversation.
