This beginner-friendly workshop is an invitation to connect through touch, presence & care.
Joe, a DNA. Member, a licensed massage therapist since 2014, has trained in shiatsu, Swedish massage, medical massage therapy & craniosacral work. His approach is simple: massage is not only a technique, but a generous and conscious way to connect with others.
In this 60-minute session, You will be guided through the fundamentals of massage in a safe & respectful environment. We begin with a short introduction to intention, consent, communication & boundaries creating a space where everyone feels comfortable & respected.
You will then practice simple and effective techniques in pairs, with the option to rotate partners and experience different bodies and styles of touch. If You prefer to stay with one partner, You are always welcome to do so.

Mysore style is a self driven practice with assistance from the teacher on alignments. The Ashtanga flow is pre-defined and required to be followed in the same order. The pace is chosen by the practitioner and achieve what is possible in 90mins.
Energetic, synchronized breath and movements make your body flow like water and unveil your true natural energy.
You can start Ashtanga with any proficiency level, regardless of age, gender or weight, and build up your skills step by step. Each asana builds from the previous one like a brick creating a firm wall.

The Language Café is primarily aimed at people who are struggling with their mental health which can make it hard to go to regular courses. We want to create a safe space for everyone to learn and practise without pressure. Everyone is welcome! Please try to be on time so we can all get started together :)
We mainly practise on a beginner/lower intermediate level and adapt to everyone's prior level of German.
The Language Café will focus on teaching you the most important words and phrases and basic grammar in German. The content of the course is adapted to real life. (everyday life in Germany, dealing with authorities, etc.) We will cover different topics every week and you can join us anytime, since the topics do not necessarily build on each other.
The Sprachcafé is for free.

Powell Gold Star Referral Club Meetup
We meet at lunch each week and each meeting follows a fairly organized agenda. First all participants pass their business cards around. Then each member and guest is invited to give a one-minute overview of their company and what is a perfect referral for the week. We always have a 10 minute presentation from one of the members about their business in more detail. And finally we pass referrals. You're welcome to visit. Nobody is ever put on the spot. Our primary groups are outdoor movement groups, but we are launching virtual groups for the state of Ohio and beyond and the groups will move outside in the spring, creating room for men's groups, women's groups and coed groups all over the country.

Just because someone quotes the Bible doesn't mean that they are using it in truth. In Luke chapter 4, Jesus goes out into the wilderness to fast and pray for 40 days and Satan takes that opportunity to taunt and tempt Jesus to sin. How does Satan make effort to entice God In Human Flesh to sin? By quoting His own words to Him, but out of context, falsely, and with evil intent.
The importance of knowing God rightly and in truth through His Word is of utmost importance. Jesus made this clear when He defeated Satan's arguments by directing Scripture right back at the Father of Lies, in the Spirit and in Truth.
