Wir brechen auf zu einer achtsamen Gehmeditation im Grunewald und nehmen uns einen Moment Zeit für uns. Wir erkunden das Hier und Jetzt in der Natur, werden uns unserer Emotionen, unseres Körpers und unseres Denkens bewusst. Wir wenden uns nach innen und entdecken die Kraft des jetzigen Augenblicks. Wir üben, uns selbst genug zu sein und finden vielleicht unsere innere Kraft zurück, um mit mehr Wahlmöglichkeiten, Freiheit und Frieden in die Welt hinauszugehen!

We go for a mindful walking meditation in Grunewald and take a moment for ourselves. We explore the here and now in nature, becoming aware of our emotions, our bodies and our thoughts. We turn inwards and discover the power of the present moment. We practice being enough for ourselves and perhaps find our inner strength to go out into the world with more choice, freedom and peace!
No previous experience is necessary. It is recommended that you bring something to drink before the meeting and a small bottle of water if needed. Please wear warm, comfortable clothing and sturdy footwear.
The intention is to walk in all weathers and the event will only be cancelled in extreme circumstances.

Actors Gym - Acting & Improv Fusion
**Welcome to the "Actors Gym"**
\- a fun\, supportive training ground where actors play\, experiment\, and build their craft\. Through engaging games and exercises\, you’ll develop core acting skills and bring them to life by performing a short script at the end of every session\.
This drop-in class welcomes both new and intermediate actors eager to learn, stretch, and have fun.

Chitta Walks - Awareness in Motion
Chitta Walks is for people whose days move fast, while the mind never fully lands. Thoughts keep looping even when nothing is urgent. The body moves, but attention is elsewhere. Over time, this disconnect drains clarity and ease.
This walk is a simple reset.
We meet in Berlin’s Tiergarten and walk at a gentle pace. Parts of the walk are in silence, with light guidance and a few short prompts. The walk itself is the practice, bringing body and mind back into the same moment.
No apps. No performance. Just a clear space to slow down and notice what is happening.
If you want to slow down without withdrawing from life, join a Chitta Walk.

My name is Partha Sarathi, you can call me PS. I have lived in Berlin for over 12 years. With a background in physics and materials science, my interest in mindfulness grew through personal experience with stress and health challenges. Chitta is a Sanskrit word referring to the mind or field of awareness, used here in a practical, non-religious sense.
Chitta Walks is about noticing how the mind works by slowing down and walking together. Mindful walking makes thought patterns visible in real time, while moving and sensing in the world.
The name points to a simple capacity: noticing what is happening in the mind without immediately trying to fix, judge, or optimize it.

From the moment sin entered the world, death began. Adam and Eve were not stricken dead immediately, but the process by which none of us lives forever in health and wholeness in these earthly bodies started its inexorable march to the inevitable end—death. The Bible makes it clear that by one man’s sin, death came to all mankind, but that by the obedience of One Perfect Man, Jesus, many are made righteous (Romans 5:19).
F.F. Bosworth recognized this truth; he also would have people consider that the God Who provided for our greatest need—salvation from eternal death—would also provide healing for the lesser, but still great needs, of health and healing from sickness, disease, and the consequences of sin that we encounter before we die.

We meet at lunch each week and each meeting follows a fairly organized agenda. First all participants pass their business cards around. Then each member and guest is invited to give a one-minute overview of their company and what is a perfect referral for the week. Our primary groups are outdoor movement groups, but we are launching virtual groups for the state of Ohio and beyond and the groups will move outside in the spring, creating room for men's groups, women's groups and coed groups all over the country.

Columbus: Luke 4
Just because someone quotes the Bible doesn't mean that they are using it in truth. In Luke chapter 4, Jesus goes out into the wilderness to fast and pray for 40 days and Satan takes that opportunity to taunt and tempt Jesus to sin. How does Satan make effort to entice God In Human Flesh to sin? By quoting His own words to Him, but out of context, falsely, and with evil intent.
The importance of knowing God rightly and in truth through His Word is of utmost importance. Jesus made this clear when He defeated Satan's arguments by directing Scripture right back at the Father of Lies, in the Spirit and in Truth.
