Have you ever wanted to act in a short film? Or direct and produce your own? This production meeting marks the beginning of our new 2-month filmmaking challenge. Whether you are completely new to filmmaking or already experienced, this is the moment where projects are born, teams are formed, and ideas begin their journey from the page to the screen. You now two months to develop, shoot and deliver your film with the support of the community. All completed films will be screened end of April. **The theme of this cycle is "friendship"** **About Kino Red Dot** Kino is a global filmmaker movement and Kino Red Dot is the Singapore chapter. Our mission is simple: create a safe and supportive environment where people can practice their craft by making films regularly. Our motto: **Do well with nothing, do better with a little, do it now.** There is no competition, no prizes, no money. Only practice, collaboration, screenings, and friendships. **During this production meeting you can** * Pitch your film project and present your needs (cast, crew, equipment, locations, etc.) * Join a project as an actor, actress or crew member * Meet collaborators and start building your team **Agenda** 7:30pm – Arrival and informal gathering 8:00pm – Round of introductions \~8:30pm – Film project pitches \~9:00pm – Networking, team building and drinks **Membership** Participation in our activities will require an active membership (S$30 per year). That said, your first session is always on us! Newcomers are welcome to join an event, meet the community, and experience the vibe before deciding to become a member. Membership can be settled before or during the meetup.

We will walk the Siglap Park Connector, Bedok Reservoir and visit a special Theme Park house! Join us for a wonderful exploration of these fascinating places. Hey members, come join us for this lovely evening sunset walk with your TLC friends. It is a scenic stroll to enjoy the beautiful Park Connectors alongside the rivers and reservoirs. From the nice lookout bridges at Lower Seletar, we'll walk through a tunnel along the Springleaf PCN river to Springleaf Nature Park and continue to Rocket Tower at Upper Seletar Reservoir to enjoy the breathtaking sunset. Thereafter, we'll continue with a Food Tour to check out the nice food & eateries along Springleaf row of shop-houses for dinner/ drinks (optional) eg. the famous Ampang Yong Tau Foo, Springleaf Prata etc. beside the Springleaf Mrt Station. Most importantly, this event is a good opportunity for you to catch up, meet up and get to know more TLC friends. As this is a free event and slots are limited, please RSVP early.
