This circular route will start in Larochette and will take us around the area. It's around 12 km with 300m elevation gain, so we will count on a bit more than 3hrs as we will make a couple of lunch/hydration/picture breaks.

This is a good opportunity to **escape the hug of hibernation**. **What we will do together** **1.** Cycle from Luxembourg gare **(front of Police station)** to Echternach lake (about 45km). **2.** Have a picnic at Echternach lake **(warm dining area inside the Youth Hostel).** Those who wish to do a shorter ride can take the **bus** from Echternach back to Lux gare. **3.** Cycle from Echternach lake to Wasserbilling gare (about 20km). If we maintain an average speed of about 18km/hour and have a total stop time of 90 minutes (including 1 hour picnic at the lake), we can finish the ride in 5 hours. **Getting home from finishing point (Wasserbillig gare)** There are trains from Wasserbillig to Luxembourg Gare every 30 minutes. Also, there are buses going from Wasserbillig to other directions. **What to bring** 1\. Your bike in tip top condition\. 2\. Energy snacks\. 3\.
