End your Monday with a balance of movement and connection. Weâll begin with a Hatha Yoga practice designed to help you release the day's tension, followed by an optional (and free) breathwork session to deeply reset your nervous system. Afterwards, weâll move to the cozy chill area for a relaxed social hour. Itâs a great opportunity to meet like-minded people and build genuine connections. You are welcome to stay for the full experience or just the parts that suit you best!

**Join me for a beautiful run alongside the Werenbach.**
Start in front of the Opera, run until "Zollikerberg, TrichtenhausermĂŒhle" and back.
The track is around 5K one way, has just under 200m elevation and can be run â go and back â in a little bit over an hour... at least that's how long it takes me.
I will only go, if it is not raining.

**Afterwork Social Sail - Lake** **Zurich / Horgen Resasteg**
Itâs spring â the perfect time to unwind after work and meet other water-lovers on the lake! Join us for a relaxed after-work sailing evening on Lake Zurich aboard a mOcean sailboat from Sailbox.
Weâll set sail for about two hours, enjoy the fresh breeze, and (with a bit of luck!) catch Zurichâs legendary sunset from the water.
Just bring your good vibes and a sense of adventure.
Please wear non-marking shoes and keep in mind that it might be a bit colder at the lake.

Utoquai Morning Swim (Tues & Fri @ 7:02am)
Join the ZĂŒri Open Water Swim Pod (ZOWSP) for a refreshing morning swim in Lake Zurich at sunrise followed by a cozy coffee meet-up at Etre. Whether you are a seasoned swimmer or just dipping your toes into open water swimming, this event is perfect for fitness enthusiasts, triathletes, and water sports lovers alike. Make new friends, network, and enjoy the beauty of the outdoors while engaging in a social and energizing activity.
Just to remind you all, here's how things work:
đ Meet Time: 7:02am
đ Location: Utoquai Badi (meet outside the entrance at 7:02am)
đ Swim Start: 7:15am sharp
đ Route: Utoquai to Seebad Enge and back (\~700m each way)
â Post-Swim: Coffee at Etre for anyone whoâs got time
đââïž Equipment: goggles, green ZOWSP swim cap (get one from a committee member & twint Anna 5CHF), dry bag (not mandatory but recommended for safety)

Please note: This is an informal, self-organized group, so everyone swims at their own risk. This route is for confident swimmers onlyâthereâs no stop or rest point mid-swim. Donât forget your badi entry fee (8 CHF) or grab a seasonal pass if youâll be joining regularly.
Writers' Workshop
Join us at Museum Strauhof for an opportunity to enjoy, discuss and learn from excellent writing. We'll have a private room at Zurich's literature museum, less than a 10 minute walk from Zurich HB. There will be three reading and discussion slots and an opportunity to meet other writers.
A few notes for prospective writers:
1. You arenât required to share your own work and should feel encouraged to attend simply to enjoy and discuss the work of others, if you prefer.
2. All genres, formats, and styles of creative writing welcome, noting that the focus will be on discussing English-language fiction (or creative non-fiction). Poetry is likely to be better suited to the marvellous ZĂŒrich Poetry Club.
3. All abilities are welcome, from those just starting out to those who have already made progress in their writing, from hobbyists to professionals.
4. There will be three reading slots for each session, allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Please indicate in the comments for the event if you would like to share something.
5. If you would like to share your writing with the group, you can do so either by reading aloud or allowing group members to read directly. You can expect to read for 5-7 minutes (approximately 600-1000 words) with 15-20 minutes provided for discussion afterwards.
6. If possible, please bring sufficient copies of any writing that you would like to present, so that everyone can read it themselves. You can also request written feedback.
7. Improving as a writer requires both guidance and encouragement, so you can expect the discussion to be constructive and courteous - we all know how challenging it can be.

Bring earbuds/earplugs if you want to block noise or the occasional conversation by other patrons. Electrical outlets are limited, so charge your devices before whenever possible.

Shut Up & Write! Kingsdale Shopping Center
Greetings writers! Come down and join your fellow wordsmiths for one hour of uninterrupted writing time in the upper level of the Market District Supermarket in Upper Arlington.
The main entrance of the shopping center opens onto stairs/elevator leading up to the 2nd floor cafe section where we will have a table displaying a sign with the Shut Up & Write logo.
Writing is largely a solitary craft. Practicing with others in a community setting may be the thing you need to fire your own routine.
Weâll meet on Wednesday evenings, starting the clock at 6:30, following a brief period of introductions. This is solid writing time and all inclusive. Any project is acceptable, be it fiction, non -fiction, work or homework assignment. All is welcome and will remain private to you.
The market boasts a Starbucks, a full service bar and various affordable food options. Parking is plentiful, free Wifi is provided as well as outlets for charging your devices, though they are somewhat limited, so plan accordingly.
Show up as early as you like, or stay late. This group tends to socialize some, both before and after the alloted time, but this is not mandatory to you. Feel free to come and go as you please and late arrivals are welcome.
The cafe may be noisy on occasion so headphones/ earbuds are reccommended as you see fit.
Please try to RSVP if possible so that we may grab enough seats for allâthe venue can be busy at times.

Hike Blendon Woods Metro Park
Hi ladies. We will meet in front of the Nature Center and head to the two Observation decks. We will then hike Hickory Ridge, Ripple Rock, Overlook and Sugarbush trails to get approximately four miles total distance. We will walk approximately a 18 minute mile pace. Please wear appropriate hiking shoes.
