Women’s Coaching Circle 💔 Using a Breakup as a Catalyst for Growth
**A breakup can feel destabilizing and painful, but it can also become a powerful moment for reflection, learning, and personal growth.** This women coaching circle offers a supportive and trauma-aware space to explore how you can use your breakup as a turning point rather than something that defines or limits you.
**❣ Please read all details! ❣**
This is a guided coaching space with a clear focus on self-reflection, insight, and forward movement. Participation is always voluntary. You choose how much you share, and listening is a valid form of participation at all times.
Through mindful reflection, structured group coaching, and practical tools, you will be supported to:
🌿 gain perspective on your breakup and its impact
💛 recognize patterns, needs, and inner resources
🌅 identify concrete ways to grow, rebuild confidence, and move forward with more self-trust
There is no pressure to revisit painful details or to share personal stories unless it feels supportive for you. The intention is not emotional release, but conscious understanding and empowerment.
**This women’s circle is about clarity, self-responsibility, and learning how to turn a challenging life transition into an opportunity for growth.**
🌞 **About the Spaceholder**
This circle is guided by Isabel, a holistic mindfulness and life coach with many years of experience supporting individuals and groups through life transitions. Her approach is grounded, trauma-aware, and practical. Isabel combines mindfulness, emotional awareness, and coaching tools to help her clients gain clarity, strengthen self-trust, and move forward with intention and presence.

Men's counselling - individual
Do you have a life situation you would like to speak to someone one-on-one about?
Each month, there's an opportunity for exactly that - in a confidential setting, with professsional support.
The sessions are free, and you're welcome to make a donation if you like.
***On timing:*** *There are four, 45-minute slots on the event date. When you sign up, one of those will be reserved for you until they are full.*
**ABOUT YOUR COUNSELLING SESSION**
Because 'counselling' can mean different things to different people, it's perhaps useful to say that the counselling on offer here is not the same as, nor a substitute for therapy.
Your counselling session is open for any topic you want to bring, and our time will be spent helping you identify your situation, explore your options, identify any resources that you already have that can help you, and brainstorm what your next steps might be.
The work we will do focusses on your experience; you can bring along any topic that's important to you...
* I'm not sure how to get the healthcare I need...
* I'm not doing so well after a breakup...
* My work is really stressing me out lately...
* I'd like to somehow support my partner more...
* I'm worried I might slip into a winter depression...
* I'd like to feel more at home in my masculinity...
Literally anything can be(come) our starting point.
**ABOUT ME**
My name is Hans. I've been co-facilitating the Berlin Men's Group since 2021. I'm also a member of the Berlin Men's Group partner project Zigmal - zigmal.org. That organisation was set up to support men's individual needs, and these sessions are part of that. I'm a certified systemic trauma counsellor specialised in men's work, and am a licensed 'Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie' under German law.
If you would be interested in a session with me, you can sign up to this event or send a message to request@zigmal.org, and I will contact you with the next steps.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

\>\>opening and closing the show **Anna Beros**
https://www.instagram.com/afberos/
Kiwi born, Melbourne raised and Berlin saved, Beros has been a full-time standup comedian and producer since 2022. She’s a regular headliner in major European cities and hosts and headlines her 3 weekly mics and 2 weekly showcases. She’s written for Comedy Central DE, opened for Jeff Arcuri at Admiralspalast in Berlin 2025, tours Europe and enjoyed successful runs at the Edinburgh Fringe 2023-2025, Melbourne International Comedy Festival 2023-2024, Leicester Comedy Festival 2024 and Adelaide Fringe 2023 with her solos ‘Creampie Curious’, ‘Creampie Clarity’ and ‘High Hoe’.
Reviewed by The Age, “Beros is a full-time standup and her hours on stage are evident in her skill at taking the temperature of the audience and bringing them along with her as she veers into darker material.”
\>\>featuring **Carmen Chraim**
https://www.instagram.com/carmenita01/
Carmen is a Lebanese comedian based in Berlin. She’s been living in Germany for such a long time to the point that she now eats her Humus with paprika powder on top. She’s been performing comedy for over 10 years in many European cities and worldwide. She is known to be a firecracker on stage due to her high energy presence, her high pitched voice that keeps dogs awake at night and sharp crowd-working style. She’s opened for some famous comedians such as Judah Friedlander & Todd Barry.
She’s done comedy in many languages: English as the main one, French to feel sophisticated, Arabic whenever she feels homesick and German but she usually needs to take a shower right afterwards. She’s also now learning Spanish on Duolinguo so stay tuned! She’s part of a comedy collective called Queen Bees Comedy that produces a series of very popular shows in Berlin.
\>\>featuring **Anja Woot**
https://www.instagram.com/anja.woot/
Anja Woot was cultivated and harvested in Slovenia. She does not shy away from sharing intimate stories with unanticipated twists and a quirky sense of humour that keep you captivated with laughter and questions like “But why would anyone do this?”. She also loves screaming into the void (mostly Taylor Swift lyrics).
Her comedy has often been described as “ahahaha”, “so good, the best” and “please, get off the stage, this is a strip club”.
She lives in Berlin but has performed all over Europe (mostly at weddings and funerals of her relatives, but nobody needs to know these details). In 2021, she joined forces with the marvellous Carmen Chraim and Kat Nip, and formed the female collective Queen Bees Comedy in Berlin. Together they run a monthly showcase called “That’s What She Said” with an all-female line-up, as well as an open mic for women & LGBTQI+ performers with the title “Yaaas Queen” and other comedy shows, and are all about empowering voices that deserve and need to be listened to!
\>\>featuring **Freddi Gralle**
https://www.instagram.com/freddi_gralle/
As a German pastor’s daughter, the first stages Freddi Gralle spent much time on were those in church. She later ditched the church for comedy, but kept the judgy vibe. Equipped with friendly arrogance, Freddi deep-dives into the existential questions around god, sex and German humor. Her voice is delightfully sarcastic with a strong preference for the auto-biographic.
Freddi has performed her two solo shows all over Europe; her first one, “Church Girl, Interrupted”, is out on Youtube. She is also a TV writer for late night and comedies and opened for Sam Morril in Berlin in 2025.

Women's Yoga: cycle awareness
Women's Yoga is a gentle, nourishing practice designed to support the health of the female body. The classes follow a cycle-aware approach, honoring the natural changes in hormones, energy levels, and emotional states throughout the month.
Each session begins with a short guided meditation to settle the mind, followed by a soft, flowing yoga practice and a deeply relaxing closing rest. The movements and postures are carefully chosen to support the female organs, pelvic floor, hips, and lower body, helping to create balance, strength, and ease.
This practice is intuitive and permission-based. You're invited to move at your own rhythm, in tune with your cycle and how you feel on the day. Breathwork plays an important role, supporting the nervous system and hormonal balance.
Women's Yoga offers a space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and build a deeper sense of awareness, acceptance, and trust in your natural cycles.
Come as you are.
Bring your own mat or use one of ours. Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. The door will be closed once class begins, and late entry will not be possible.
Binge Eating and Bulimia Recovery – Women Support Group in Berlin
**\>\> Please note that the event's location will be sent to you once you RSVP <<**
Hey, I’m Annabelle, and I’m a recovering bulimic.
I struggled with bulimia for 15 years, and I’ve always wished there was a space where I could talk about it openly, without judgment, without shame, just honesty, support, and people who *get it*.
People who are also on this journey. People who want to heal and figure out who they are beyond bulimia.
So, I decided to create that space.
**What is this group about**
* A space where you can talk about your **binge eating or bulimia** without feeling judged.
* A space to reconnect with yourself — the *you* that exists beyond the eating disorder.
* A space for support and real connection with people who are going through (or have been through) the same thing.
* A place to share your wins *and* your hard days, and be met with encouragement and support.
**What to expect**
* Journaling prompts, discussions, games, readings from ED-related literature, meditations, and more.
* Deeper conversations — not just about the ED, but about who you are underneath it all.
**Who is this for?**
* **This group is open to women who are struggling with binge eating or bulimia and *want to recover.***
**What this *isn't***
* This is not therapy. I’m not a therapist and won’t be giving advice on nutrition, exercise, or anything medical.
* This is not a place to talk about numbers, weight, calories, or daily food habits.
* This is not a place to give unsolicited advice. If someone asks for support, great — but advice will only be shared if it’s asked for.
* This is *definitely* not a space that promotes or glorifies eating disorders.
**A bit about me**
I’m 33, I live in Berlin, and I have a very eclectic taste in music — but I always come back to Nightwish. When I’m not reading memoirs or self-help books, you’ll usually find me looking for a new café around the city or walking in the forest or a park.
Some of my favorite podcasts include *The Rich Roll Podcast*, *How I Built This*, *We Can Do Hard Things*, and *The School of Greatness.*
I’m a certified life coach, and I’m passionate about guiding people to unlock their own truth and remove the mental blocks that hold them back from pursuing their purpose.
Right now, I’m writing a weekly blog called *Life Beyond Bulimia*, which you can find on my Substack.
**Before you sign up**
The location of this group will be revealed once you RSVP.
While the space is kindly provided to us for free, we are asked to contribute 1€ per person per meeting (including myself).
There's an online version of this group, to see the dates and register, visit [this link. ](https://www.eventbrite.com/e/1820313028269?aff=oddtdtcreator)
To make sure everyone is heard, the meetings will be limited to 10 people at a time.
Can’t wait to meet you! Until then, know that you are stronger than you think. 🌹

It’s natural to feel intimidated by the idea of a self-defense class. At Kore, our “First Friday” sessions are designed to replace that hesitation with confidence. This isn’t about traditional “gym moves” or martial arts rituals—it’s about taking agency over your life.
Taught by our Certified Female Instructors, this free workshop focuses on practical applications of the Kore Standard. This is about building the confidence to navigate the world on your own terms.

Women are constantly giving, at work, at home, in relationships, and in service to their communities. But who supports the woman behind it all?
This session invites women to pause, reflect, and reset. We’ll explore how to move beyond burnout and into balance, not by doing more, but by being more intentional.
Together we will:
* Identify hidden stress patterns and energy drains
* Learn mindfulness practices to restore calm in real time
* Create a personalized “inner balance” plan
