Mystery Salon at Baumhaus: Earth, Elements & Sacred Nature
Mystery Salon at Baumhaus: Earth, Elements & Sacred Nature
This special earth day edition of the mystery salon will dive into our understanding of and relationship to nature. Through a mixture of storytelling, discussion, and integration exercises we will be diving into the myths and legends that first governed indigenous beliefs around earth, elements and sacred nature- and how these have evolved over time into our modern experience. Covering topics that touch on the elements- and the power of nature, herbs, and sacred medicine- the focus of this salon is to examine our connection to nature, and how we may live back in balance again with nature. As a special bonus we will have a small sampling of refreshments available to experience a sensual and grounding journey of all the wonderful gifts the earth has to offer- as well as a tea bar at the end for you to make your own personal tea blend to bring home. We hope you leave this evening with a renewed connection & appreciation for the natural world around you. Door open at 7:00 pm, event starts at 7:30 pm. We will have light refreshments and drinks available for a small donation. This event is donation/contribution based to make it accessible for all. Recommended donation is 10-15 euros Please note meetup registration is capped at 10 participants- but we have room for more! To secure your spot please [pre-register here.](https://rausgegangen.de/en/events/mystery-salon-at-baumhaus-earth-elements-sacred-nature-0/) We recommend bringing a notebook or journal. We welcome perspectives and input of all kinds- whether you are a novice or expert- all levels are welcome- perhaps we can learn something from you? This salon is part of a special event series taking place at various location throughout Berlin. Every Wednesday in April we gather for intellectual discussion around a range of topics at the intersection of spirituality, science, and self-improvement. We can't wait to welcome you there! Women's Circle at Das Kabbalah Centre
Women's Circle at Das Kabbalah Centre
Join our Women’s Circle at "Das Kabbalah Centre" in Berlin, hosted by Rachel Wende. Language: English. This event is open for new and current students. Amount: EUR 05.00 - 15.00 Living a purpose-driven life is something we all strive for. Such a life promises that we are using our talents, sharing of ourselves, and working towards goals that are fulfilling and inspiring. Staying on the path requires daily effort and yet, with all the responsibilities that we have as women, sometimes that purpose-driven life seems like a worthy goal for sometime after we’ve fulfilled the needs of our partners, children, and jobs. Join us for an intimate women’s circle as we share insights and tools for how to revitalize our search for our purpose. Learn how to get out of patterns and routines that keep us from making the changes we deeply desire. Our path to fulfillment lies within each of us; we only need to tease it out. Binge Eating and Bulimia Recovery – Women Support Group in Berlin
Binge Eating and Bulimia Recovery – Women Support Group in Berlin
**\>\> Please note that the event's location will be sent to you once you RSVP <<** Hey, I’m Annabelle, and I’m a recovering bulimic. I struggled with bulimia for 15 years, and I’ve always wished there was a space where I could talk about it openly, without judgment, without shame, just honesty, support, and people who *get it*. People who are also on this journey. People who want to heal and figure out who they are beyond bulimia. So, I decided to create that space. **What is this group about** * A space where you can talk about your **binge eating or bulimia** without feeling judged. * A space to reconnect with yourself — the *you* that exists beyond the eating disorder. * A space for support and real connection with people who are going through (or have been through) the same thing. * A place to share your wins *and* your hard days, and be met with encouragement and support. **What to expect** * Journaling prompts, discussions, games, readings from ED-related literature, meditations, and more. * Deeper conversations — not just about the ED, but about who you are underneath it all. **Who is this for?** * **This group is open to women who are struggling with binge eating or bulimia and *want to recover.*** **What this *isn't*** * This is not therapy. I’m not a therapist and won’t be giving advice on nutrition, exercise, or anything medical. * This is not a place to talk about numbers, weight, calories, or daily food habits. * This is not a place to give unsolicited advice. If someone asks for support, great — but advice will only be shared if it’s asked for. * This is *definitely* not a space that promotes or glorifies eating disorders. **A bit about me** I’m 33, I live in Berlin, and I have a very eclectic taste in music — but I always come back to Nightwish. When I’m not reading memoirs or self-help books, you’ll usually find me looking for a new café around the city or walking in the forest or a park. Some of my favorite podcasts include *The Rich Roll Podcast*, *How I Built This*, *We Can Do Hard Things*, and *The School of Greatness.* I’m a certified life coach, and I’m passionate about guiding people to unlock their own truth and remove the mental blocks that hold them back from pursuing their purpose. Right now, I’m writing a weekly blog called *Life Beyond Bulimia*, which you can find on my Substack. **Before you sign up** The location of this group will be revealed once you RSVP. While the space is kindly provided to us for free, we are asked to contribute 1€ per person per meeting (including myself). There's an online version of this group, to see the dates and register, visit [this link. ](https://www.eventbrite.com/e/1820313028269?aff=oddtdtcreator) To make sure everyone is heard, the meetings will be limited to 10 people at a time. Can’t wait to meet you! Until then, know that you are stronger than you think. 🌹 Annabelle

Give it a try!” - Brenda 🗣 "It’s a wonderful experience, it’s like being a kid again, when you were at the park, playing with other kids, and just decided you were going to be best friends for the next hours. Maybe you’ll never see those kids again. But that hour was amazing because you both opened up and trusted each other." - Sara [Check out our 130+ Google reviews here](https://www.google.com/maps/place/EPIC+LLAMA/@29.4255256,-41.3746386,3z/data=!4m5!3m4!1s0x0:0xf758abc88e22289c!8m2!3d29.4255256!4d-41.3746386?sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwiAydX55IP9AhWWQjABHejpCCkQ_BJ6BAhWEAg&coh=164777&entry=tt&shorturl=1)[ ](https://goo.gl/maps/TpZy77bfPFkGoikn7)💛 *(these are real humans, we promise!)* **🤓 FAQ** **• What's the age range?** Most people who come to our events are between 24 and 40 years old. Open Reflection Women's Circle
Open Reflection Women's Circle
**Open Reflection Circle** is a small and intimate women’s gathering in Berlin, where we come together in a cozy café to share, reflect, and connect with one another. In this circle, a small group of around **8–10 women** gathers to spend time in meaningful conversation and reflection. We begin by introducing ourselves and gently creating a space where everyone feels comfortable and welcomed. Through guided reflection prompts, we explore our journeys, our emotions, and the experiences that shape our lives. These prompts are designed to help you open up and reflect more deeply on your thoughts, your dreams, and the challenges you may be navigating. We also include a few light and playful exercises to break the ice and help everyone feel relaxed and connected. The intention is not to create pressure to share, but to create an environment where sharing feels natural and safe. The heart behind the **Open Reflection Circle** is simple: to bring together women who can hold space for each other and remind one another that we are not alone in our journeys. This is a space where we can talk honestly about our lives — our visions, our goals, what we are building, and what sometimes holds us back from taking action. We reflect together on questions such as: Where do we want to go in life? What are we dreaming of creating? What challenges are we facing in our emotional wellbeing or personal growth? By listening to one another’s stories and perspectives, we often discover insights that we might not have seen on our own. You are encouraged to bring a **notebook and pen**, as many women like to take notes from reflections, ideas, and inspiration that arise during the conversation. Toward the end of the gathering, we close with a small and meaningful practice: exchanging short **love letters of gratitude** with each other. These simple messages help us acknowledge the presence of the women in the circle and leave the space with a feeling of appreciation, connection, and warmth. The intention of this circle is not advice or fixing each other’s problems. It is simply to **listen, reflect, learn from one another, and hold space for the beautiful complexity of each woman’s journey.**

Transformatives Schreiben für Frauen
Transformatives Schreiben für Frauen
"Wer bin ich und wer bin ich mit dir? Wer bist du und was sehe ich in dir? Was könnte aus uns werden?" Ein empathischer Dialog. Grenzen wahrnehmen. Das Unbekannte erforschen. Alternative "Ich's" ausprobieren.

And the group is very active, not commercial at all. To keep this a safe and comfortable space, I personally add members to the WhatsApp group after meeting them.

The Story So Far: A WiA Reflection Circle
The Story So Far: A WiA Reflection Circle
A WiA Collective Wisdom Exchange At the start of this year, we gathered to look back, set intentions, and imagine the next chapter. This is the follow-up. Not a check-in. Not a progress report. A small, facilitated circle to reconnect with what you said mattered — and honestly explore what’s actually happening now. Together, we’ll explore: • What you intended at the start of this year - and what that looks like three months in • What’s surprised you, supported you, or shifted • What the next chapter needs now that you know what you know If you were at our January gathering, bring whatever you made or wrote — your word, your artifact, your intention. We’ll look at it with fresh eyes. If this is your first time, you belong here too. You’ll start where we all started: with what’s true right now. Optional art materials will be available for anyone who wants to reflect creatively alongside conversation. If you brought something home from January, you’re warmly invited to bring it back. The intention is the same as always: everyone leaves feeling more clear, more connected, and a little lighter. Space is intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate. What to Expect • A small, welcoming circle (not a large meetup) • Structured conversation so everyone has space to speak • Reflection, listening, and lived experience — not advice-giving • Optional creative reflection alongside conversation • A calm, supportive environment Who This Is For Women and underrepresented folks working in or around agile, product, technology, leadership, or organizational change — especially those looking for honest conversation and community beyond frameworks and buzzwords. Good to Know • No preparation required • If you attended in January, we invite you to bring anything you created or wrote (or something that represents your intention at the start of the year) - it’s optional but invited • Participation is invitational; listening is always welcome • Creative activities are optional

**Over time I'm hoping to organize a hike to all the Franklin County Metro Parks. This is the first one so if you're interested jump in!** **We'll start with the Canopy Walk, a cool feature of this park. Climb 100 stairs to the top - or take the elevator if stairs aren't your thing. At the top there are a bunch of things to play on - a rope bridge, a fireman pole that we can slide down - and more! About fifteen minutes there and we'll head to the natural trail, Buttonbush, Maple and Beech Trail for 2.2 miles then do a 1.7 mile loop on the paved Greenway Trail. We'll be passing our cars as we transition if you only want to do the first loop, or the second loop. Pace of around 3.5 mph but no one left behind.** **If there is an interest we can grab lunch nearby afterward at Prost Beer and Wine Cafe. Www.prostcafe.com** **Blacklick Woods Canopy Walk is at 6711 East Livingston Ave, Reynoldsburg OH**
