Monday Women's Badminton club session
This is a mixed ability night, however this is not a beginners session. We do ask that players joining us are at least of a lower intermediate level. This means that we’d expect you to:
* Have the ability to execute and receive all badminton shots with some control;
* have an understanding of the rules of badminton and scoring and;
* (at least) some rudimentary use of tactics.
This is to ensure there are good competitive games for all members.
We play in the first floor sports hall and the session will be £10 payable by card on the night (no cash).

🇮🇹Aperitivo&Chiacchiere: Italian women 30-40 in London MeetUp
Ciao ragazze! 🇮🇹
I’m organising a relaxed Italian girls meetup (age 30–40) for those of us living in London who would like to meet new friends and enjoy a classic Italian-style aperitivo together.

The idea is simple: connect with other Italian women, have a drink, share stories about life in London, and enjoy a friendly atmosphere.
After the aperitivo, if people feel like continuing the evening, we can stay around the Victoria area and go to a restaurant nearby — there are plenty of great options!
This is a casual and welcoming meetup, whether you’ve just moved to London or have been here for years and want to create new meaningful connections.
Looking forward to meeting you all and creating a little Italian community in London 🇮🇹✨
📍 Location: Vagabond Victoria
🕡 Time: Saturday at 6:30pm
🍷 Just bring yourself and enjoy a glass of wine!

Women’s Life & Money Conversations – Monthly Meetup
Our first gathering recently got the conversation started, and I’m looking forward to continuing it and welcoming new people.
This meetup is a relaxed discussion where women can connect and talk about life, experiences, and the role money plays in our everyday journeys.
We’ll start with brief introductions and then have an open conversation about money lessons, ideas, and topics people are curious about exploring. The goal is simply to create a friendly space where women can talk openly, share perspectives, and learn from each other.
No expertise required — just curiosity and a willingness to join the conversation.
Whether you’re new to the group or joining us again, you’re warmly welcome.
Bitcoin Montgomery for Women and Friends
Welcome all beautiful Bitcoin curious or serious women. We will have a discussion on Fiat vs Bitcoin, a little bit of learning and discussions that are important to the group. This a social group so bring your questions and curiosity, prepared to listen and share. Too often, women are left out of the conversation while they prepare to live longer, care for more people and are the heart of any community. Wouldn't it be great if we could be more educated on ways to beat inflation, have more choices, and be prepared for the changes to come?
Please bring your questions, so that we can plan topics for future meet-ups.
First Friday Women's Self Defense Workshop
The Mission: Finding Your Strength
It’s natural to feel intimidated by the idea of a self-defense class. At Kore, our “First Friday” sessions are designed to replace that hesitation with confidence. This isn’t about traditional “gym moves” or martial arts rituals—it’s about taking agency over your life.
Taught by our Certified Female Instructors, this free workshop focuses on practical applications of the Kore Standard. We help you sharpen your natural intuition and provide a toolkit of effective, simple responses to common safety concerns. This is about building the confidence to navigate the world on your own terms.
