Monday Women's Badminton club session
This is a mixed ability night, however this is not a beginners session. We do ask that players joining us are at least of a lower intermediate level. This means that we’d expect you to:
* Have the ability to execute and receive all badminton shots with some control;
* have an understanding of the rules of badminton and scoring and;
* (at least) some rudimentary use of tactics.
This is to ensure there are good competitive games for all members.
We play in the first floor sports hall and the session will be £10 payable by card on the night (no cash).

Let's meet up and sing some great music!!!
Always wanted to sing but worried about performing in public? Looking for a group to help coach and support your singing at all levels...? Want to learn more about music technique and sight singing while having fun at the same time? Then London Sings! is the group for you.
London Sings! is a no audition local community choir which is big in personality and looking to grow. We cater both for experienced singers and those fairly new to singing, with plenty of opportunities for interesting performances. We are even planning a trip to Madrid this year!
We sing a wide variety of pieces ranging from jazz and musical theatre to classical, and from unison through to four part harmony, while having a lot of fun in the process. We rehearse every Monday evening , starting at 19:30 and finishing at 21:30 (with a break for snacks and chat obviously!). Rehearsals are held at Mostyn Road Methodist Church, Mostyn Road at St Lawrence Way, London, SW9 6PH.
You are welcome to drop in any Monday evening, but for more information, please do not hesitate to contact us on chair@londonsings.org.uk or by telephone on 07785 905355

Monday Evening Chanting Circle - with Gayatri in Elephant & Castle
**Monday Evening Chanting Circle \| 6:30–8:00pm**
Start the week by unwinding your body and mind through voice and sound.
This weekly chanting class is a relaxed, welcoming space to come together after work and reset through simple, shared vocal practice.
We use a mix of:
* Sanskrit mantras
* Rainbow songs
* Shamanic chants
* Gentle voicework
Chanting is a form of meditation that works through rhythm, breath, and repetition. You don’t need any musical experience and you don’t need to sing “well.” The voice is used as a natural tool for grounding and release, not performance.
Practising regularly can help:
* Settle the nervous system after a busy day
* Quiet mental over-activity
* Release tension held in the body
* Improve breathing and vocal ease
Chanting in a group makes the practice easier and more enjoyable. The shared sound helps people relax more quickly and feel supported, even if they’re new to using their voice. Over time, regular group chanting can build a sense of stability, clarity, and connection.
Each session includes time to arrive, chant together, and rest in stillness at the end, so you leave feeling calmer and more centred than when you arrived.
Come as you are. No experience needed.

Silencing Separation
Spirit has called for a Magical Activism Land Tantra field and silent prayer to assist the transition of one of the deepest roots of our collective separation consciousness. This online, by donation field is a prayer and service offering to reach our Mother Gaia, our collective ascension and our bodies.
For 8 days we will hold continuous silence, by taking turns to listen to the silence and transmit this energy into the field. This particular scar tissue of separation cannot be healed; rather, our holding of the great silence, causes it to dissolve back into the periodic womb energy. This is the wound that causes us to be deaf in hearing our true selves, and means others can command us. It is the wound where the light is cut from, entering the body and deeply disrupting the flow of potential.
As the astrological wheel turns towards the fire horse, the guides say this is best moment to dissolve the root layer of separation from our bodies.
The field is already shining with pure light and waiting for our silence. This ends, like all things end… in silence.
Those called will be asked to hold a silent prayer for 1 hour 11 mins per day, at the same time, over 8 eight days. You will be given guidance on how to do this easily and beautifully. If we get 24 slots booked, we will open up double slots and, if we don’t fill them, the guides say it is possible to do the ceremony in fewer days, but this is by far the most potent and effective way to do this ceremony.
Every day of this process there will be live teachings, light chambers, or transmissions from the guides that ensure this service work is fully received and encoded into you personally, so that the lost voice of the self is replaced with the golden sound merging into the deep peace of the body.
This field will clear Akashic, energetic, emotional and ancestral tissues of separation, not through a big emotional process, but through the volume of presence that we send into the past, into our bodies and into Her-Story. The emptiness of unspeakable separation layers we carry are ready to be received into the Eternal Vastness; they are ready to be soothed into the silence of the womb. Whilst the layer we are called to hold space for is intense, our role is to stay with the glory of the silence that is interconnected, rather than separated, so it is actually a profoundly beautiful practise and experience.
You will be holding this hug of a field around the land ceremonies that are happening in Sinai and be given instructions on how you can be in ceremony with your own lands.
The daily live sessions that will include channeled teachings, techniques, light chambers, new Earth codes and community are optional. If you can’t make them, you will still be infused with the blessing of the oneness field our silent prayer creates. Being able to hold the silence every day is essential, this is your commitment to the process, so please make sure you are able to commit to this very important service… Do not worry if you do not know how, the guides say that in this field your intention, plus what they teach, will make it possible.
Silencing Separation - a collective liberation
is by donation.
Donate whatever feels right in your heart once the process ends.
So much endless quiet love to you all,
Kahreela x
