Women's Full Moon Circle
An evening of introspection and heartfelt connection, with ourselves and our sisters. A time to reflect and realign under the full moon.
The power of sisterhood can be transformational in connecting to and healing oneself. Like ancestors before us, we gather in circle, under the full moon, to connect with our inner self, our inner wisdom; and the love, empowerment and wisdom of the community; thus welcoming true healing in.
What you will experience
* Powerful rituals to reflect on barriers, release what is no longer serving you and realign to where you want to be
* A deep exploration of the self; checking in with where you are now and where you want to be
* An invitation for transformational healing to begin, drawing on inner, lunar and community wisdom
* An empowering environment that allows authenticity, vulnerability and bravery in the healing process
* Conversations that draw on the wisdom of the community to support you with your unique circumstances
* Modalities including guided breathing, guided meditation, reflective journaling, an open sharing circle, music and movement and more.
The space created in the women’s circle is sacred. A beautiful place to be fully yourself, and met with love, care and empowerment.
If you’re not sure if the Women’s Circle is right for you, please send me a message and we can talk through exactly what happens.
I can’t wait to hold this powerful healing space,
Daisy

Please be aware of this when deciding whether to attend. This session provides an opportunity to support and be supported by a community of other women and is not a replacement for 1:1 therapy.
Here are my Community Event Guidelines: https://www.daisyrichards.com/events/community-event-guidelines
Events run by Daisy are aimed at improving connection with the self, connection with the community and promoting joy and positive mental wellbeing. The events are built on the therapist’s values; kindness, connection and joy.
By joining an event, I understand that this is a place of love and any behaviour that is deemed untoward by the therapist may lead to being requested to leave the session.
An email will be sent a few days beforehand with any additional details for the session, please look out for this.
***
As this event has limited spaces; to respect the community, please ensure you only book a ticket if you are committed to attending and cancel the space if anything else should arise. Thank you.
**About the organiser**
Hi, I'm Daisy. I work with people who say everything is 'fine' but deep down, know that they're struggling. I help them to reconnect with themselves, build confidence and rediscover their joy, to start living a life they actually LOVE.
I am a qualified Hypnotherapist, registered with the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH).
I have a passion for seeing others thrive and experience the magic of life. Having struggled with stress, anxiety and limiting beliefs, I understand the transformational power of making time to connect with yourself and your community; to enable you to live the life you deserve.

Screening + Q&A—The Last Ambassador of Afghanistan
The last female ambassador of Afghanistan and her tireless commitment to the rights of women and girls in Afghanistan.
Four years since seizing control of Afghanistan, the Taliban has instituted a draconian regime of systematic gender-based oppression and domination—what a growing number of Afghan women’s rights defenders, UN experts, Member States, and international jurists have identified as ‘gender apartheid.’ Through the wholesale removal of protective safeguards, an onslaught of repressive decrees and edicts, and punitive enforcement measures, the Taliban has sought to systematically erase women and girls from public life and relegate them to child bearers, child rearers, and free domestic labor. Despite this worsening human rights crisis, much of the world watches in alarming silence, with some states making steps towards normalising relations with the Taliban. As the women and girls of Afghanistan have been courageously leading the charge to stand up against abuses committed against them, it is critical that the international community commit to women’s political participation.
This event will feature a screening of *The Last Ambassador*, a documentary that follows the journey of Ambassador Manizha Bakhtari in the aftermath of the Taliban takeover of Afghanistan. The last remaining female Ambassador of Afghanistan, Ambassador Bakhtari continues her fight for the people of Afghanistan, in solidarity with Afghan women and girls and in defiance of the Taliban’s deepening gender apartheid regime.

Boundaries: Why Can't You Say No? - Shakti Behno Women's Circle
Do you say yes when you mean no? Feel guilty choosing yourself? Let's talk about boundaries—the lines you were never taught to draw.
Do you say yes when you mean no?
Feel guilty for choosing yourself?
Stay quiet when something doesn't feel right?
You're not broken — you just never learned where to draw the line.
Join us for our monthly Shakti Behno women's circle where we create a safe, judgment-free space to explore real-life challenges together.
**This Month's Topic: BOUNDARIES**
In this session, we'll have an honest conversation about: ✨ What boundaries really are (and what they're not) ✨ Why saying "no" feels so hard ✨ How to recognize when your boundaries are being crossed ✨ What stops us from speaking up
This is NOT a lecture. This is a circle — a space for real women having real conversations about the things we were never taught.
**What to Expect:**
* 2-hour interactive session with guided discussions
* Worksheets to help you reflect and gain clarity
* A supportive community of women on similar journeys
* Tea, coffee, and a judgment-free space
**Who Should Attend:** Any woman who feels drained by people-pleasing, struggles to say no, or wants to understand why boundaries feel so difficult.
**This is a FREE awareness session.** Our goal is to help you recognize patterns — not to fix or solve them. If you want to go deeper and actually work on healing and transforming these patterns, ask us about our Group Coaching Programme.
**Location:** Ballucci Hounslow Unit 3, Kent Court 716 London Road Hounslow, TW3 1BH
**Date & Time:** Saturday, 7th March 2026 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
**About Shakti Behno:** Shakti Behno is a monthly women's empowerment circle facilitated by Suparna Rathi (Jay Shetty Certified Coach) and Kshama Singhi (Qualified Coach). We meet every first weekend of the month to explore topics that matter to women — ego, triggers, boundaries, identity, self-worth, and more.
This is your space. Your community. Your journey.
We can't wait to see you there! 🌸

Free Human Towers Rehearsal + Social (Sunday)
Sunday rehearsal with Castellers of London. Meet us at the OBC Community Centre to help build human towers!
This get together is a great opportunity for you to meet new friends, socialise and have a go and explore your abilities as a human tower builder a.k.a Casteller!
For newcomers we have a team of trained Castellers who will introduce you to the group, guide you through the activity and help you safely take part in this unique Catalan tradition.
When you arrive just approach us as we are really friendly! If in doubt ask for Cuss! Please let us know if you are bringing guests.
After the rehearsal we go to a nearby pub for social drinks where everyone is welcome :)
What do you need?
1. Ideally a cotton shirt: to protect your neck and shoulders, the more durable the shirt/top the better. We do not recommend any thin items of clothing!
2. Jeans: allowing you to move freely without breaking.
3. Mask: We still require the use of a mask as you will be very close to your fellow Castellers - basically you will be hugging people!
The rest of the equipment is on us!
We take health and safety very seriously, both in relation to COVID-19 and also the activity- please be assured that the safety of all participants is of the utmost importance to us and we take all necessary precautions to minimize the risk, ensuring we all have a great time!
Our regular members won't be filling in the Meet Up to say they are going 🙂
So don't be put off if you see only a handful have said they are going.
A minimum of 25 on the day is normal. What the Meet Up may show is how many new people like yourself are going.

Powell Gold Star Referral Club Meetup
We meet at lunch each week and each meeting follows a fairly organized agenda. First all participants pass their business cards around. Then each member and guest is invited to give a one-minute overview of their company and what is a perfect referral for the week. We always have a 10 minute presentation from one of the members about their business in more detail. And finally we pass referrals. You're welcome to visit. Nobody is ever put on the spot. Bring plenty of cards!

Book summary:
Adunni is a fourteen-year-old Nigerian girl who knows what she wants: an education. This, her mother has told her, is the only way to get a "louding voice" -- the ability to speak for herself and decide her own future. But instead, Adunni's father sells her to be the third wife of a local man who is eager for her to bear him a son and heir. When Adunni runs away to the city, hoping to make a better life, she finds that the only other option before her is servitude to a wealthy family. As a yielding daughter, a subservient wife, and a powerless slave, Adunni is told, by words and deeds, that she is nothing. But while misfortunes might muffle her voice for a time, they cannot mute it. And when she realizes that she must stand up not only for herself, but for other girls, for the ones who came before her and were lost, and for the next girls, who will inevitably follow, she finds the resolve to speak, however she can--in a whisper, in song, in broken English--until she is heard
