Join us for our monthly series where **Offline Women Explore the Royal Parks**, visiting one of the eight different royal parks each month. The first walk in this series will be through **Regent's Park and Primrose Hill.**
This is a dedicated, phone-free, quiet space where you can disconnect from digital distractions and reconnect with nature and each other.
Join our warm community of women for an afternoon walk through the gardens and up the hill. We will spend our time wandering the paths at a slow pace, taking in the fresh air and the views of the city.

Boundaries: Why Can't You Say No? - Shakti Behno Women's Circle
Do you say yes when you mean no? Feel guilty choosing yourself? Let's talk about boundaries—the lines you were never taught to draw.
Do you say yes when you mean no?
Feel guilty for choosing yourself?
Stay quiet when something doesn't feel right?
You're not broken — you just never learned where to draw the line.
Join us for our monthly Shakti Behno women's circle where we create a safe, judgment-free space to explore real-life challenges together.
**This Month's Topic: BOUNDARIES**
In this session, we'll have an honest conversation about: ✨ What boundaries really are (and what they're not) ✨ Why saying "no" feels so hard ✨ How to recognize when your boundaries are being crossed ✨ What stops us from speaking up
This is NOT a lecture. This is a circle — a space for real women having real conversations about the things we were never taught.
**What to Expect:**
* 2-hour interactive session with guided discussions
* Worksheets to help you reflect and gain clarity
* A supportive community of women on similar journeys
* Tea, coffee, and a judgment-free space
**Who Should Attend:** Any woman who feels drained by people-pleasing, struggles to say no, or wants to understand why boundaries feel so difficult.
**This is a FREE awareness session.** Our goal is to help you recognize patterns — not to fix or solve them. If you want to go deeper and actually work on healing and transforming these patterns, ask us about our Group Coaching Programme.
**Location:** Ballucci Hounslow Unit 3, Kent Court 716 London Road Hounslow, TW3 1BH
**Date & Time:** Saturday, 7th March 2026 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
**About Shakti Behno:** Shakti Behno is a monthly women's empowerment circle facilitated by Suparna Rathi (Jay Shetty Certified Coach) and Kshama Singhi (Qualified Coach). We meet every first weekend of the month to explore topics that matter to women — ego, triggers, boundaries, identity, self-worth, and more.
This is your space. Your community. Your journey.
We can't wait to see you there! 🌸

Wisdom Of The Womb-Empowerment&Reclamation 5Rhythms® for women LGBTQ welcome
**What defines real power?**
💫True power is born from vulnerability — from the honesty we have with ourselves, each other, and the world. It takes courage to show up wholeheartedly, beyond our agendas and attempts to control outcomes.
💫In this workshop, we’ll explore what it means to stand tall in our vulnerabilities — to reclaim the parts of ourselves that hold us back from being fully present with life.
💫This is an invitation to come home to your body — to rediscover self-love and ease within it. From this grounded place, the natural flow of life awakens.
💫Together, we’ll dance through the map of the 5Rhythms®, finding connection, release, and strength in motion. Through movement, we’ll anchor ourselves in the body, connect to our creative center, and open to a renewed sense of power and possibility.
✨I passionately believe in the healing power of women coming together with collaboration rather than competition in mind. My intention is to bring women together to step into their power so we can heal ourselves and the world together, with grace, forgiveness, compassion and with fierce feminine power at these uncertain times we are living at.✨
\*All workshops hours count towards the training path prerequisites for 5Rhythms certification. For more information contact Kat\*

Free Human Towers Rehearsal + Social (Sunday)
Sunday rehearsal with Castellers of London. Meet us at the OBC Community Centre to help build human towers!
This get together is a great opportunity for you to meet new friends, socialise and have a go and explore your abilities as a human tower builder a.k.a Casteller!
For newcomers we have a team of trained Castellers who will introduce you to the group, guide you through the activity and help you safely take part in this unique Catalan tradition.
When you arrive just approach us as we are really friendly! If in doubt ask for Cuss! Please let us know if you are bringing guests.
After the rehearsal we go to a nearby pub for social drinks where everyone is welcome :)
What do you need?
1. Ideally a cotton shirt: to protect your neck and shoulders, the more durable the shirt/top the better. We do not recommend any thin items of clothing!
2. Jeans: allowing you to move freely without breaking.
3. Mask: We still require the use of a mask as you will be very close to your fellow Castellers - basically you will be hugging people!
The rest of the equipment is on us!
We take health and safety very seriously, both in relation to COVID-19 and also the activity- please be assured that the safety of all participants is of the utmost importance to us and we take all necessary precautions to minimize the risk, ensuring we all have a great time!
Our regular members won't be filling in the Meet Up to say they are going 🙂
So don't be put off if you see only a handful have said they are going.
A minimum of 25 on the day is normal. What the Meet Up may show is how many new people like yourself are going.

Powell Gold Star Referral Club Meetup
We meet at lunch each week and each meeting follows a fairly organized agenda. First all participants pass their business cards around. Then each member and guest is invited to give a one-minute overview of their company and what is a perfect referral for the week. We always have a 10 minute presentation from one of the members about their business in more detail. And finally we pass referrals. You're welcome to visit. Nobody is ever put on the spot. Bring plenty of cards!

Book summary:
Adunni is a fourteen-year-old Nigerian girl who knows what she wants: an education. This, her mother has told her, is the only way to get a "louding voice" -- the ability to speak for herself and decide her own future. But instead, Adunni's father sells her to be the third wife of a local man who is eager for her to bear him a son and heir. When Adunni runs away to the city, hoping to make a better life, she finds that the only other option before her is servitude to a wealthy family. As a yielding daughter, a subservient wife, and a powerless slave, Adunni is told, by words and deeds, that she is nothing. But while misfortunes might muffle her voice for a time, they cannot mute it. And when she realizes that she must stand up not only for herself, but for other girls, for the ones who came before her and were lost, and for the next girls, who will inevitably follow, she finds the resolve to speak, however she can--in a whisper, in song, in broken English--until she is heard
Hike Highbanks
Let's meet at the Nature Center for an approximate 4-mile hike, followed by an optional lunch at Nomad or Liberty Tavern (both are on Polaris Parkway) - we can decide which tavern during the hike!
