Besonders der Stress hat ja einen verdammt schlechten Ruf und zwar zu Unrecht!
Wenn wir Stress positiv(er) bewerten, hat das nachweislich positive gesundheitliche Aspekte (Buchempfehlung dazu: Kelly McGonigal-The Upside of Stress)!
Die **Einstellung zu Stress** scheint im Hinblick auf dessen (gesundheitlichen) Folgen gewichtiger zu sein, als der Stress selbst.
Wir ändern also unsre Einstellung, und laden Stress und Aufregung ein, uns ihre positiven Aspekte zu zeigen. Wir spüren in uns hinein um all die verschiedenen Aspekte dieser Energien kennenzulernen.
Zwischendurch erlauben wir uns auch tief zu **entspannen**: wir werden so eine Art **Achterbahnfahrt** machen, ein wenig wie PMR, aber rein auf psychisch-emotionaler Ebene.
Und wir erforschen die **Emotionen im Zusammenhang mit Stress und Aufregung**, denn diese beide sind ja oft nur Begleiter von vielen anderen Dingen, die in uns geschehen.

**Taught by 3x Breakdance World Champion and Choreographer of Flying Dreams show at Wintergarten, Bboy Lou.Ease of the Flying Steps! He has also worked with contemporary dance companies such as Akram Khan Company, Wang Ramirez and Constanza Marcras / Dorkypark.**

Professional Breathwork, 2 h – Conscious Connected Breathwork

This group is dedicated to **Conscious Connected Breathwork**, a powerful somatic practice for deep emotional release / nervous system release. Intensive states of awareness are possible.
Through **conscious, connected breathing**, rhythmic music, and guided facilitation, participants are invited to access deeper layers of awareness, release stored stress and emotions, and reconnect with their inner resources.
There are **no substances involved**. The work is grounded, body-based, and trauma-aware. I am a 200 h facilitator.
### This group is for you if you want to:
* release stress, tension, and emotional blockages
* explore non-ordinary states of consciousness through breath
* experience clarity, emotional relief, and deep relaxation
* release stucked emotions from the body
### Each session typically includes:
* introduction and intention setting
* guided conscious connected breathwork
* music-supported journey
* integration and grounding
### Contraindications
This practice is **not suitable** for people with any of the following conditions:
* pregnancy
* epilepsy or history of seizures
* severe cardiovascular disease or high blood pressure not medically controlled
* recent surgery or acute physical injury
* glaucoma or detached retina
* severe asthma
* diagnosed psychosis, bipolar disorder, or severe psychiatric conditions

**A breakup can feel destabilizing and painful, but it can also become a powerful moment for reflection, learning, and personal growth.** This women coaching circle offers a supportive and trauma-aware space to explore how you can use your breakup as a turning point rather than something that defines or limits you.

This is a guided coaching space with a clear focus on self-reflection, insight, and forward movement. Participation is always voluntary. You choose how much you share, and listening is a valid form of participation at all times.
Through mindful reflection, structured group coaching, and practical tools, you will be supported to:

recognize patterns, needs, and inner resources
identify concrete ways to grow, rebuild confidence, and move forward with more self-trust

Productive Sunday Morning - Co-Working Session (Deep Work, all work welcome)
Hey everyone!
I’m organising a co-working + socialising session for all of us who like to work on something (e.g. our own project, freelance or remote work) but don't feel like sitting alone at home.
To ensure that we have both **socialising** AND **working**, we will be using the so called “Pomodoro” technique:
**50min of deep work** (silent), followed by **10min of break** to socialise. Then repeat! If you get into flow, you're also welcome to skip the breaks.

Anyone from any background is welcome, whatever project you are working on or whatever is your personal background.

The location is **Espresso House near Checkpoint Charlie** (they have multiple outlets - so be sure to go to the correct one!)
Wifi + power plugs are available - but best to bring a fully charged laptop, just in case
You **do not** have to pay anything. But since we are using the café space, it is common courtesy to buy at least one drink (coffee costs roughly **4 Euros**).
Day Club! - Dance, Work, Socialize, Chill, Eat & Drink Healthy!
At night you can go to a night club. During the day it's time for Day Club!
Stop by Baumhaus between 13:00 and 20:00 to enjoy Day Club, a resonant way to spend time in a unique and inspiring atmosphere! The main room is an Open Greeting Zone where you can feel free to introduce yourself to anyone around and expect the same in return.
Get to know interesting people, get some work done or have a meeting in the quiet space, dance in the main room, prepare group meals in the kitchen, enjoy healthy drinks and snacks or feel free to bring your own.
No need to get drunk or hang out in a smokey room late at night to get your social fix or have some fun connecting with yourself and others. We will have great playlists and even some dj's, beat makers and other live artists from time to time.
There will also be free and donation based workshops for Day Clubbers. Feel free to suggest program and topics.
