A guided hatha yoga practice designed to deeply calm the nervous system and reduce mental and physical stress. Practiced lying down, this session requires no prior yoga experience — just space to rest, breathe, and unwind.
*Instructor: Diana Gladka has practiced yoga for 18 years and has been teaching for 13 years. She is an RYT-500 certified Hatha yoga teacher with extensive experience.*
**7.15 PM – 7.45 PM**
**Face & Scalp Soga Session**
A deeply relaxing ritual designed to reduce stress in the face, jaw, neck, and scalp. Guided massage and gentle movements support relaxation and create a sense of calm and ease. No prior experience needed.
*Instructor: Vera Gupta, co-founder of VEDIC LAB® and certified face and scalp yoga instructor, guiding simple but effective exercises designed to be remembered and continued at home.*

Stoic Training Session
Join us for a session based on Stoic philosophy. Through guided mental exercises and reflection, we'll put Stoic principles in practice. Suitable for all levels. This time, we will look at teachings by Seneca and Anthony de Mello.
Important to note: 1. Don't worry, it's not going to be too serious. We will fun, too! 2. We're deliberately a small group and we'll do activities in groups of 2-3 people. The idea is to make everyone as comfy as possible.

The immersions will always be different, depending on what emerges in our field and you’ll be able to move through exactly what you specifically need in the moment.

Traditionally the master will transfer his/her kundalini energy to the student to activate his important chakras (energy centre) including Third Eye and Crown Chakra. The student can start to feel his/her Kundalini Energy is rising from their base of the spine and feeling the energy vibration(Consciousness) in the third eye (the space between the eyebrows) from the Kundalini Activation. We are a real world Martial arts group. \
Called DO JUNG ISHU (the art of fighting) \
Based off of Jeet kune do we just continued where Bruce Lee left off. \
We have been around a while. \
We are donation based.
Every week we get together and work technical skills and live pressure testing. \
Almost all of the instructors have been in everything from altercations in the real world to the ring and some still compete in the cage. \
If you want to take your skills up, improve your confidence, gain self defense skills, get in better shape, test yourself or just want to kill some time and possibly get hit a bit come on down. \
We will be located at 3923 N High St, Columbus, OH 43214 inside the whetstone rec in the auditorium, center upstairs in classroom B or outside in the grass between the playground and horseshoe area. our instructors are normally in a black and red art of fighting shirt \ if you can not find us call or text me at 6143570295
Saturday 1pm Wednesday 5:30pm
From Age 16 and up. attendees under the age of 18 must have a guardian with them. \

You must have a free leisure card for the rec center and must be registered for our class specifically .\
Wear workout clothing \
Bring a MOUTHPIECE! \
WE HAVE GLOVES. \

Rev. Steven Clevenger is an ordained spiritualist minister with over 40 years experience as a Spiritual Healer, Clairvoyant and Spiritual Teacher, educated and trained at the White Lily Chapel.
Rev. Siobhan Wolf Shaffer is an ordained spiritualist minister and certified medium and healer with over 20 years experience. She began her development in 1988 in Pennsylvania and continued when she moved to Ohio in 1998 where she studied at Rays of Lights Church with Rev. Steven Clevenger.
Our full worship services consist of an inspirational lecture, healing meditation, and messages from the spirit world that serve to demonstrate evidence of eternal life.

101 Craft Kitchen is about seven minutes away at 817 Polaris Pkwy, Westerville, OH 43082
We willl be doing a loop and I’ll ask one of the faster walkers to lead in the front and I’ll bring up the rear at a slower pace - 3.25 to 3.5 mph or slower! No one left behind!

Hike the Heritage Trail in Hilliard
Let’s hike around 3 miles (out and back) on the Heritage Trail in Hilliard. It’s asphalt and flat so quite easy!
Pace will be around 3.5 mph but no one will be left behind!
Optional lunch after at Old Bag of Nails
Meet in front of Sexton’s Pizza at the trailhead.
Hike Bexley
Meet at Wolfe Park parking lot by tennis courts. We willl walk along Alum Creek trail, through Jeffrey Mansion Park then along Bexley neighborhood and back.
Optional lunch at Trolley District.
