Essentially a hangout with all the Christmassy things together, at once! Welcome cold lovers! We have been practising cold water plunges for over 4 years. We believe in the benefits of cold water exposure. The feeling you get after the swim is magnificent, it makes you feel alive. We have started this group to safely experience the cold water together. We motivate each other, do active warmup exercises, and also share our life stories with a warm coffee/tea afterwards. The event is every Sunday at 11:30, we meet at the Mythenquai Badi entrance no matter the weather. Take along: a large towel, comfortable bathing suit, flip-flops, and warm clothes (hat, gloves, etc). If you’re planning swimming out take along a bright swim buoy. The event is Free. When myself Christos was a kid, my granddad took me to these "[Καφενείο](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kafenio)". Every neighbourhood had one, and people met, without an exaggeration, on a daily-basis. It was the community center of the village. People met new and old friends, played games, socialised, ate snacks, drank coffee and ouzo. It was a very friendly, welcoming and homey environment. Unfortunately this concept is rapidly dying in Greece. As a kid I had extremely good memories of these coffeeshops, and for this reason I am passionate to revive and recreate this environment and also add a modern twist. Join us for a fun introduction to padel, perfect for absolute beginners or tennis enthusiasts looking to try something new. No previous experience is needed. After the event, we will gather for a social evening and have a drink together, you may bring something that you would like to share with the others. **Time & Location: 19:40 at Padelta, Milandia** The venue has lockers (bring a 2.- coin) and showers available. **Cost:** 40 CHF per person. RSVPs are BINDING, and close 0900 Hrs two days before. It costs approximately between CHF 18-25 per person (depending on number of people);You can pay by Twint or cash.
