It is supported by the University of Zurich and the Digital Society Initiative Community. **Cycles of Care** is a workshop series exploring how technology, health, and care intersect in women's lives. Digital women's health is growing fast, but many tools still don't fully consider how sex and gender shape our experiences. **About the talk** Legal topics are often treated as something that comes after design, product, or branding. In reality, every UX decision, every deliverable, and every shipped product already creates legal consequences, whether we notice them or not. In this talk, [Neena Kaiser,](https://www.linkedin.com/in/nskaiser/) [Ryccardo d' Alessio](https://www.linkedin.com/in/ryccardo-d-alessio-684337123/), and[ Tadas Zukas](https://www.linkedin.com/in/drtadaszukas/) explore the intersection of Legal × UX × Product × Personal Brand, focusing on real situations designers, founders, and builders face every day. Rather than legal theory or scare tactics, the session is grounded in concrete cases: ownership of design work, intellectual property pitfalls, client conflicts, branding protection, and the moments where teams realize too late that legal clarity should have been part of the process from day one. Welcome cold lovers! We have been practising cold water plunges for over 4 years. We believe in the benefits of cold water exposure. The feeling you get after the swim is magnificent, it makes you feel alive. We have started this group to safely experience the cold water together. We motivate each other, do active warmup exercises, and also share our life stories with a warm coffee/tea afterwards. The event is every Sunday at 11:30, we meet at the Mythenquai Badi entrance no matter the weather. Take along: a large towel, comfortable bathing suit, flip-flops, and warm clothes (hat, gloves, etc). If you’re planning swimming out take along a bright swim buoy. The event is Free. IMPORTANT: Every participant takes responsibility for themselves when attending this event. Before attempting cold water exposure, individuals with health conditions (e.g., heart problems or hypertension) should seek advice from a healthcare professional. Safely acclimating the body to cold temperatures requires preparation and gradual exposure.
