Sunset Hatha Yoga at Riverdale Park – Wednesdays 7–8 PM.
Join us for outdoor Hatha Yoga sessions with sunset vibes every Wednesday evening at Riverdale Park. Just bring your mat and an open heart. We meet by the Statue of Dr. Sun Yat-Sen.

No experience needed—classes are beginner-friendly and adapted to all levels.
I’ve been teaching yoga for 4 years, and my mission is to share its healing and transformative benefits. This group is about building a warm, welcoming community of Yoga lovers and the simply curious.
