This group is for anyone interested in burning some calories, exploring the amazing San Diego landscapes, and gain transformative tips and strategies on various topics that keep us up at night!
Various Activity Levels Offered: From walk only, light hike, and moderate hikes
Topics Include:
Personal Development & Professional Development/Leadership Strategies.

This is a coed group.
However, we provide various opportunities to select a specific topic of interest as well as join a mixed session or women-only session.
We like to Keep it SMALL!
Each session usually caps out at 6 people in order to provide a sufficient amount of time for each person to receive direct coaching on their specific challenge or issue.
You'll also have the opportunity to glean best practices from each other while walking alongside your peers.
What is Laser Coaching?
This is the ultimate 'unstuck' session! Laser Coaching is a specialized technique to rapidly reach a specific goal within a single session.
The Results are In.
Research has shown that being outdoors and connecting to nature can decrease stress, increase productivity, open up our creativity, and allow ourselves the space to be vulnerable. And in return, true to our authentic selves and shift mindset to discover solutions to what may be holding us back both professionally and personally.
