Can you come out, for an E-STEAM Playtime Holy Humor Days , stories and games, with Fran and Richard, this Saturday, October 11, 2025, in this special CSU Spur monthly 2nd Saturday, Dia de Los Muertos celebration?

This huge CSU Spur campus has three beautiful buildings - Terra (Earth), Hydro (Water), and Vida (Life). Each building has an exciting and fascinating long list of edutainment.

You may want to just say “Hi!” to Fran and Richard, during the first hour of your visit, and then go off and play with the many fascinating edutainment possibilities, throughout the 4-hours of this celebration. I think you’ll love the beautifully landscaped adjacent Platte River’s Riverfront space, and Backyard space!

Just as an FYI, the schedule below is Fran’s top choices, from this very long list of edutainment activities, during this Dia de Los Muertos celebration:

  • 10 a.m.-11 a.m. *Terra, rooftop research garden (elevator to 4th floor)
    Tour Terra rooftop research garden.

Fran and Richard would like to share a tour, of the rooftop research garden, with Meetup E-STEAM Playtime visitors. Then, for no more than 15-minutes, Fran and Richard would like to playfully demonstrate an interactive folding, of E-STEAM origami jumping frogs, from 10:30-10:45 a.m. At each stage of the folding, Fran would like to share the E-STEAM Co-Creativity with Air, Holy Humor story, of George Washington Carver versus Boll Weevils.

  • 11 a.m.-2 p.m. *Hydro, 2nd floor.
    Spur Music Lab: Jam lab

  • 12-1:30 p.m. *Hydro, 1st floor.
    Spur Music Lab: Open rehearsal
During this time frame, Fran and Richard plan to buy lunch in the Hydro Lobby’s Little Finch Cafe. Would you like to eat with us there, or in their beautifully landscaped Backyard?

  • 12-2 p.m. *Hydro, 2nd floor.
Spur Music Lab guest artist performance with Guayana Acustica.

Could you come out, for E-STEAM Playtime again, with Fran and Richard, at other fun and fascinating edutainment events, during this year’s annual October 2025 E-STEAM Playtime calendar (linked here)?
