BREATHWORK & MEDITATION CLASSES

As you know, life can be quite stressful. Even more so, if you don't have accessible ways to deeply connect with yourself & express stress. Evidently, stress can be continuous or unconscious. It can affect the mind, body & heart.

Breathwork can access stress that's in your unconscious. Individuals tend to have a hard time accessing their unconscious stress. Most people navigate life by thinking consciously with their head, not their unconscious body - or heart.

Breathwork & meditation classes are easy, approachable, & effective.
No prior experience needed.
All adults are wanted & welcome - but space is limited.
Breathwork waiver upon class is requested.

Thing to consider:
Wear loose fitting & comfortable clothing
Removable sweatshirt/ socks
(body temp can change during breathwork)
Yoga matt
Water bottle
Chapstick
