Besides Twin Hearts Meditation, our session offers you the option to experience the healing art of Pranic Healing done by our volunteers, designed to revitalise your body's energy system and promote holistic wellness.

Our modern Pranic Healing system, developed by Grand Master Choa Kok Sui, utilises life force energy, or "prana," to cleanse, balance, and harmonise the body's energy centers, also known as chakras. By clearing energetic blockages and replenishing vital energy, a session will leave you feeling refreshed, revitalised, and ready to take on the rest of your day with renewed vigour!

GMCKS Foundational (Basic) Pranic Healing Course (2 Days)
Pre-requisite: Anyone 16 yrs of age & above

This course will introduce you to the basic principles surrounding the science and art of Pranic Healing. Foundational Basic Pranic Healing course involves the manipulation of the energy body (aura) and energy centers (chakras) that control the Physiological, Psychological, and Spiritual states of a person. You will be taught basic pranic healing skills to bring down fever in just a few minutes, and heal minor ailments like headaches, colds, asthma, stomachache, and stress-related ailments. Major illnesses like eye, kidney, and heart problems can be relieved in a few sessions.

In this workshop you will:

• Understand and sense the etheric (energy) anatomy
• Use Pranic breathing techniques to increase your energy level
• Pranic Healing procedures in the treatment of diseases
• Pranic first aid, preventive and curative healing
• Manage health and financial crises through Pranic Healing
• Experience the power of meditation as a form of world service through the Meditation on Twin Hearts

Join us for a complimentary introductory talk, meditation, and healing event on every Tuesdays, 7.30pm~9.30pm.

Pranic Healing is a powerful energy healing modality that can help you achieve better physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. It is a non-invasive, non-touch healing technique that uses prana, or life force energy, to cleanse, energise, and balance the energy body.

During the introductory talk, you will learn more about Pranic Healing, how it works, and the many benefits it can offer. You will also have the opportunity to experience Pranic Healing for yourself with a complimentary session from our Pranic Healing volunteers.

In addition to the introductory talk and healing session, you will also get to experience Meditation on Twin Hearts. This meditation is a simple yet powerful practice that can help you achieve inner peace, harmony, and love. It is also a great way to connect with your higher self and with the divine.
