VANISHREE RAO, Ph.D., is cryptography technical advisor for O(1) Labs, a blockhain startup that employs zero-knowledge proofs. Prior to that, she was a cryptographer at Intertrust Technologies, the inventor of anti-piracy technologies or digital rights management, and she researched various core cryptography concepts at Xerox PARC. She obtained a doctorate in Cryptography at UC Los Angeles.
