A small, invite-only men's circle meets every Saturday in Bengaluru — to slow down, drop the mask, and speak honestly. No hierarchy, no masks, no pressure to impress/perform. Just presence.
Men my age, in their late-thirties, mid-forties and early fifties are doing well on the outside, but carrying a lot on the inside.
Men sat in circles for millennia. Today, many sit in silence. That’s why I’m building Unwynd.
A circle for men in midlife, so nobody carries it alone.
We bring twelve men at a similar stage of life together. Honest conversations in a safe space, heard without judgment.
Men who help each other follow through. It’s not therapy to fix. It’s not coaching. It’s brotherhood.
A room I want to walk into myself, once in a while.
