- Greenville downtown, on Saturday AM is a fun walk that you can enjoy with the friends, family or neighbors. A Farmers Market, nine mice to find, Reedy Falls are some of the sights not to miss.
- Join The Upstate Pathfinders Meetup Group for this walk! Join us for our walks that you can do with the group, or on your own. Our noncompetitive walks are 3.1 miles (5 km) - It is not a race - but a fun, social activity.
- Who We Are: We are organized as the Upstate Pathfinders Volkssport Club, part of the America's Walking Club (aka American Volkssport Association). You don’t have to be an athlete to be a Volkssporter! We are a not-for-profit club managing 11 interesting walks in different locations throughout Greenville, SC area.
Route: Will walk 5K primarily on Main St. where the mice hide, The Farmers market, and then see the Reedy River in Falls Park. - Start: In the lobby of the Springhill Suites, 200 E. Washington St. Restrooms are available at the start, Falls Park .
- Registration: Register between 8:30 and 9:00. Walk with a group or on your own with turn-by-turn instructions. Group 5K walk starts very shortly after registration ends. The walk is free for participants and $3 donations are appreciated to offset insurance costs and Meetup Fees. Cost is $4 for participants who record walk events. Minors are free. Please bring exact change.
- Parking: There is street parking (2 Hours) and at the garage at 12 S. Spring St. adjacent to the hotel.
- Safety: Walk occurs regardless of the weather. Please carry water.
- The walk is sanctioned by America's Walking Club and eligible for AVA/IVV Credit.
