What we’re about
Our mission is to enable positive change in the world by connecting the non-profit sector with the UX community while championing digital design excellence. After five years and dozens of meetups organised by our London, New York City and Sydney chapters, UX for Change is proud to announce the launch of our fourth global branch in Tampa Bay, Florida to continue delivering on that mission.
The format is simple: we invite a local non-profit to share a design challenge it’s facing, then we break it down and deliver a solution with user experience (UX) design tools and methodologies. We couldn’t do this without the talent and passion of our volunteers, each of whom bring with them a diverse range of skills, experiences and, most importantly, passion for good UX design.
By matching the human challenges faced by the non-profit sector with volunteering opportunities for the UX design community, we’re making significant differences in communities where, traditionally, there are limited design resources.
