What we’re about
UXZGB exists to support the growth of UX practice through collaboration, learning, and open discussion. By offering both online and in-person events in English, we make space for a wider range of perspectives while establishing Zagreb as a regional hub for UX design excellence. Our events welcome both UX practitioners and anyone curious about human-centred design.
Our key pillars are:
- Raising UX maturity in the region through evidence-based practice, professional standards, and a human-centred mindset for teams, organizations, and broader society.
- Building a strong and supportive UX community that connects designers, researchers, product thinkers, and anyone passionate about creating better experiences.
- Fostering international collaboration by hosting all events in English to enable knowledge exchange and participation from the global UX community.
.
Code of conduct is:
- Treat all members with respect and kindness.
- Keep the atmosphere relaxed, informal, and supportive.
- Ask questions freely and give others space to speak and contribute.
- No aggressive selling, spamming, or recruitment.
- Use English by default, unless the whole group is fine with Croatian.
