Do you want to go vegan but have no idea what to shop for in the grocery store? Or maybe you're vegan or vegetarian and haven't had the opportunity to explore all the options the store provides.

Join Chad and Dean, knowledgeable and experienced vegans, in guiding you through Vegan University's Grocery Shopping Tour at Shanghai Wholesale 640 Prior Ave N, Ste 100, Saint Paul, MN. Shanghai Wholesale is a warehouse that sells to other Asian grocery stores, but stocks the same products, often at a cheaper price.

Chad and Dean can answer your questions about those tricky hidden animal ingredients, show you products to watch out for, and lead you to the ones you won't want to leave the store without!

All are welcome. Please feel free to bring a pen and paper to create your own list or carry a basket to fill up along the way!

Chad will be in the main entrance until about 5:05pm to wait for people to arrive and will be wearing an Animal Rights Coalition black shirt.
