The Kundalini Yoga class will use breath, movement, mantra, and meditation to heal the mind, body, and spirit.

Each class consists of a kriya, which is a series of postures taught in sequence to produce a desired effect.

This class is designed to help students deepen their awareness, connect with their creative energy, open the heart, stimulate the immune, glandular and nervous system, and balance the chakras.

The salt room will take your yoga practice to a whole new level! Enjoy the benefits of salt therapy, also known as Halotherapy, as you breathe in micro-particles of salt that can help to cleanse the respiratory system and rejuvenate the skin.

This class is open to students at all levels of experience and to the public, not just our group. Classes tend to sell out!
