This is a yoga group!!
Especially for anyone who loves vinyasa style yoga.
If you are looking for a yoga studio in Tokyo, please come to my class for a trial!!
I learned yoga in U.S. So my teaching style is more like western style which means it contains lots of physical movement.

About Vinyasa Yoga / ヴィンヤサヨガについて
Vinyasa yoga is a type of yoga that uses the connection between movement and breath to deepen the state of the mind. Anyone can enjoy this class. If you're used to one-star strength classes like BASIC or LUNCH YOGA, you'll enjoy deepening your focus while moving with the rhythm of your breath and music.
ヴィンヤサヨガは、ヨガの一種で、動きと呼吸をつなげることで、心の状態を深めていきます。どなたでも楽しんでいただけます。BASICやLUNCH YOGAなど、星1つの強度のクラスに慣れてきたかたは、ヴィンヤサのクラスで集中をより深めていく感覚を味わいましょう。

There are about three levels of yoga classes. Try taking a variety of classes to find the level that suits you. ヨガのクラスには大きく分けて3つのレベルがあります。いろいろ受けてみて合うレベルを見つけてみてください。

Studio's InstagramBasic classes are small groups and you have more chance to be corrected your alignment of your yoga poses by the instructo, so they are perfect for beginners to get used to yoga. Once you get used to the beginner level of yoga, you can move to the next level of yoga, which is Vinyasa Yoga class.
ベーシッククラスは、少人数で、講師によるポーズの修正も行われやすいので、ビギナーのかたがヨガに慣れるのに最適なクラスです。慣れてきたら、ヴィンヤサのクラスへ進んでください。

About Basic Yoga / ベーシックヨガについて
Basic Yoga is the perfect class for those who want to start yoga. In the first half of the class, you will learn basic yoga poses for the foundation, and in the second half, you will move in a VINYASA style, where you move with the rhythm of your breath by connecting multiple poses seamlessly.
ベーシックヨガは、ヨガをこれから始めてみたいかたに最適のクラスです。 ヨガの土台、基本となる代表的なヨガのポーズをクラスの前半で行い、後半では、１つ１つのポーズをつなげ、呼吸に合わせて動くヴィンヤサスタイルを行なっていきます。
