Our monthly salons are equal parts life design intensive, clarity session, transformation incubator, and elegant escape. Blending refined aesthetics, expert strategic facilitation, and creative problem-solving, women are given an opportunity to reconnect with their deepest knowing in spaces that feel powerfully feminine, deeply transformational and psychologically safe.

👋🏻 Meet Our Organizer, Host, and Guide

Standing at the gateway of her Second Act at 61, Catherine Weiss has guided hundreds of female leaders for over 20 years.

She is an MBA-holding high-level strategic brainstorming partner who blends training from Corporate Coach U with corporate leadership experience from luxury brands like Tiffany & Co, Anthropologie, and Clinique. She is also a graduate of Eckhart Tolle’s School of Awakening as a certified Teacher of Presence, graduate of Leadership Intensive, a certified empathic listener, certified facilitative trainer, Global Presence Ambassador of Life Skills Education, former Board Member, and is trained by American speaker and author, Byron Katie to facilitate deep self-inquiry.

Her strategic background includes leading award-winning sales and marketing teams, orchestrating $17M market-leading branding strategies at AT&T and VML advertising, advising founders and CEO's on business strategy for 10+ years, and completing an eight-year high potential leadership development program at a Fortune 100.

Catherine is also an international bestselling author on Conscious Parenting whose previous leadership development work spanned 13 countries and earned the endorsement of Oprah’s inner circle, psychotherapists, life coaches, and positive organic user-generated Instagram content by Hollywood celebrity, Caryn Ward Ross.

In her work, she also utilizes professional and personal development tools such as the Kolbe Conative Index, Clifton Strengths/Gallup, Myers Briggs, and Human Design.

While she guides female leaders on global, strategic level, Catherine is entirely warm, down-to-earth, and casual, creating a relaxed, peaceful space where we can let our guard down and feel instantly at home.
