(link will be posted soon)
During our zoom meeting, we will collectively decide a plan and arrange for ropes accordingly.
This is different than a rendezvous. There are no leaders, everyone is expected to be a Sovereign Canyoneer. Bring a wetsuit that works for you in cold temps & a rain or splash jacket. Better to be too warm than cold.

Telluride Via Ferrata
Telluride canyon
Note: As of 2024 The Ouray Via Ferrata (OVF) is free to participants 90-265lbs to climb the Upstream or the Downstream Route without a professional guide using an Appropriate VF lanyard, Climbing/Canyoneering harness, & helmet.
**VF lanyards are available to rent in town. (Canyoning/Climbing lanyards are NOT Accepted!!!)
Ouray is the perfect base camp, it is a tourist mining town. There are different creeks converging into the Uncompahgre River that runs through the town, this makes it a great destination for class C canyons.
There will be a vetting process. Those with swiftwater training will get priority.
You are required to bring your own technical gear, wetsuit, drybags, ropes, webbing, etc.
