About us
Shawna and Michelle came together with a shared dream of creating intentional healing spaces that bring sacred community together—rooted in nervous system regulation and a gentle remembering of our inner wisdom.
Through their own yogic paths, they discovered and began to live their Dharma—offering yoga, pranayama, Reiki, and sound baths as a means to bring women into community.
