1. RSVP's: Everyone who attends an event must RSVP and must be on the “Going” list. If you decide not to attend this event or not able to attend for whatever reason, please update your RSVP to “Not Going” or notify the Host via Text or Meetup messaging. Everyone must put the event on your calendar so that you won’t forget. Please ONLY attend because you would like to participate in this activity, Please don’t ask how many people or who is attending. 3. CONFIRMATIONS: Confirmations might be sent to confirm your RSVP. Confirmations that are requested are to confirm that you will be attending and the host can submit the attendee final count to the restaurant or venue for the group reservation. This ensures that there will be enough seats for everyone. In the past people who have RSVP’d were “No-Shows”. This creates problems with the restaurants and venues because those are seats that could have been provided to other guests.
