• RSVP's: Everyone who attends must RSVP and be on the “Going” list. If you change your mind about attending this event, please update your RSVP to “Not Going” or notify the Host via text or Meetup messaging. Confirmations may be sent to confirm your RSVP. When confirmation is requested, this is to confirm that you will be attending and when the host makes the reservation with the venue, there will be enough seats for everyone. Those who don’t confirm will be moved to “Not Going”. You can still go to the venue but not sit with the group. Please have your Meetup notifications for this group and event turned on. Please keep in mind that when you RSVP, you are counted as an attendee. No Shows create problems when making reservations at restaurants and venues. If any member RSVP's and does NOT show up without changing their RSVP, they are considered a No-Show. Those who are No-Shows will be charged a $25 inconvenience fee.
• PROFILE PHOTOS & NAMES: We must be able to identify everyone who RSVP's, so you must have a current, clear, unobscured profile photo of yourself. Profile photos must NOT have the following: No Sunglasses, no hats, no face-covering scarves, no group shots, no blurry photo, no animals, no nature scenes, no shirtless photos, no sexually provocative photos. Your Profile Name must be your real first name (no titles, nicknames, abbreviations, letters or numbers).
• BEHAVIOR: Everyone is expected to be respectful, considerate, courteous, gracious and maintain sober behavior. Everyone is required to abstain from gossip, discussing any hot topics that would create discord or arguments. This includes arguing or talking negative about politics, wars, race, religion, other people, other Meetup groups, or any kind of negativity. Sexual harassment will not be tolerated. This includes unsolicited physical contact (touching) without the other person’s consent, making suggestive verbal comments, leering, using explicit language, and stalking. Parking: We will meet and park at Parking Lot A, on the West end of the park. Saturday parking is $5, but we suggest getting the annual OC Parks pass if you plan to visit any of the Orange County Regional Parks in the future. Bring a portable folding chair

ABOUT WILLIAM MASON PARK
William Mason park offers picnic areas, softball backstop, a butterfly garden, hiking and bicycling trails, volleyball courts, playgrounds, amphitheater, and a 9-acre lake.
