These gatherings are engaging and soul enriching, designed to educate and foster authentic connections. Join me as we view and discuss the content of Atlas of the Heart, Episode 2: Places We Go When Things Are Uncertain or Too Much.

Episode 2 Synopsis
Brené grapples with some of the most uncomfortable emotions, including stress, anxiety, vulnerability, and feeling overwhelmed, with help from Harvard-trained psychiatrist Dr Percy Ballard and more.

If you crave community and a sense of belonging, or aren’t finding the level of connection and authenticity your desire amongst colleagues or current friendship groups, this event is for YOU! This is a nurturing and non-judgemental gathering of women who are attuned to their need for connection to self and others, and value authenticity and vulnerability. Women of all ages, cultural and social backgrounds are WELCOME.

Documentary Synopsis
