The TechStep group CV review workshop is a structured career development initiative designed to support people from under-represented communities to successfully enter or progress within digital and technology careers in New Zealand.
Industry professionals will be invited as table hosts to conduct group CV review, including:
• Experienced digital and technology practitioners
• Hiring Managers
• HR and recruitment professionals
Reviewers will share real-world insights into digital technology career pathways across industries and highlight how diverse backgrounds can successfully transition into tech roles.
