Sound Bath Releasing the Rush Of Life

Join us for a transformative evening to release the rush of life, quieting your body, mind, and spirit. We start with a few minutes of guided, full body tension relief and a guided visualization to prepare you to fully embrace the sound bath journey. Prepare to be fully immersed in:

• Chinese Chau gong: deep, powerful resonance aiding in calmness and grounding
• 432 hz singing crystal bowls: harmonize with your body's natural frequencies, promoting a sense of balance and inducing deep relaxation
• swinging meditation chime: create a soothing and mesmerizing soundscape aiding in relaxation and meditation
• crystal pyramid: the pyramid's shape and the crystal's vibrational frequencies work together to help clear energetic blockages, reduce stress, promote relaxation and balance, and deepen meditation
• various chimes: evoke feelings of peace and tranquility

Your comfort during a sound bath is an incredibly important part of your experience. There are several options for you: reserve a ticket utilizing one of four zero gravity chairs (weight limit is 220 lbs), or bring items with you to aid in your comfort (don't be shy - bring things!): camping mattress, padded mat, sleeping bag, blankets, pillows, etc. You will be laying on the floor for the sound bath, so bring a cushion to create a soft spot!
