Please join us every Thursday from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm for a drop-in Art Group put on by our West of 50 programs. This program is free to attend - the only thing you need to bring is yourself and a creative mind. ## Movement Therapy

This class focuses on meditation, movement, and breathing, meeting participants where they are at with their bodies. Each session introduces breathing techniques, stretching, healthy movement strategies, and more. Participants are encouraged to wear socks or comfortable shoes for this class.

Movement Therapy happens on Fridays from 10:30 am to 11:30 am.

This is a small group with 2 or 3 attendees at every session.

This hybrid peer support group is for individuals who have a disability and identify as a member of the LGBTQ+ community. This is a drop-in space that provides conversation, social support, and resource sharing. This group is free to attend. Registration is required if you intend to participate virtually.
