5:30 Start : Rockefeller Park main lot Slow Walk

Parking is free after4:30. We will aim for 24 minutes per mile pace. Distance/Terrain: 3.5 to 4.0 miles will be the approximate goal. If inclement weather looks to be a problem, a revised post will be up by noon and the walk will be rescheduled.
Directions: Overall - start point is main Rockefeller State Park parking lot, about a 3 minute drive west from Pace University and Taconic and 9A exits on route 117 and about one mile going east from route 9 exit onto route 117..
