Hike Mesa Top Trail to Clear Lake view

Starting at Mesa Top trailhead we'll hike Mesa Top trail out to the rim where we'll have some views of the lakes below us. Distant views will likely be limited by the wildfire smoke in the area.

Expect about a 7 1/2 mile hike on trail. Well-behaved, friendly dogs are welcome.

We should have some nice wildflowers to enjoy along the way. We may encounter mosquitoes. We may encounter thunderstorms.

Please bring water, lunch, and energy snacks.

Ending Time listed is only a rough estimate. If we stop for ice cream at the grocery store in the town of Mesa that will extend the trip duration.
