Welcome to the Wilmington Guided Group Meditation Meetup! Please bring a blanket or yoga mat with you to ensure you're comfortable as we sit or lie down to meditate.

Our sessions are an introduction to the diverse world of meditation techniques, starting with some foundational practices perfect for beginners or anyone looking to deepen their mindfulness. As your guide, I’ll initially lead you through basic methods like body scanning, breath awareness, and relaxation exercises to help us all become more present.

We’ll explore these techniques in a secular, inclusive setting, emphasizing personal comfort and the collective experience. There's no religious affiliation here, just a shared journey towards tranquility and awareness.

As we grow together, we'll expand our repertoire to include a variety of meditation techniques, enriching our practice and enhancing our ability to find peace in the everyday hustle.
