Welcome to Our Guided Meditation Journey
Join us for a transformative series of Guided Group Meditation sessions designed to anchor you in the present moment through body scanning, muscle relaxation, and breathing techniques. Our sessions are non-religious and aim to foster relaxation and mindfulness.
Comfort and Preparation: Find your most comfortable spot—whether it's lying on a bed, mat, sitting on a cushion, or in a chair at home. This is your first step toward a serene and mindful experience.
Exploring Mindfulness Together: Guided by Goran, we'll explore techniques that blend relaxation with awareness, suitable for both beginners and seasoned practitioners. Engage in practices that are designed to reduce stress, curb overthinking, and enhance your physical health.
Benefits of Meditation: Regular meditation has been shown to not only reduce stress and improve mood but also enhance overall physical health and well-being, making you happier and more at peace.
Reflective Discussion: After our meditation, we will open the floor for a 10-minute discussion and Q&A session, enabling us to share insights and deepen our practice together.
Supporting Our Practice: Join us on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 6 PM ET for just $10 covering all three sessions. Payments can be made via Zelle, Venmo or Cash App to sustain our community gatherings.
