Live Online Breathing Session

Start the week off right and join Chuck for an online Zoom breathwork session at 9pm on Monday. In this session you will get the chance to improve your Wim Hof Method breathing. You will be guided by Chuck and have the opportunity to experience the power of your breath. There will also be time for questions after the breathing.

The Wim Hof Method breathing not only leaves you feeling amazing, but has powerful effects on the body as well. An essential and fun part of the method, take your breathing to the next level!
