Our usual schedule
645pm to 700pm - Meet at block 79A Toa Payoh Central (void deck area near a stone table). Stretch and warm up.700pm to 830pm - We will start stairs climbing at 7pm from Blk 79A clockwise up and take the elevator down and repeat with an anti clockwise stairs. Do at your own pace to complete as many sets as you can. Those who are late, catch up on your own.

Yet another refreshing & pleasant hike at Cameron Highlands. Starting at 1300m, you will hike up Gunung Siku to 1888m high, passing through enchanting mossy forest that creates a surreal and magical atmosphere. To top it off, a captivating summit view awaits you at the peak, making every step worth it.
Elevation gain: +/- 500m
Total hike distance +/- 5kmAfter the hike, you will head to Ipoh, the old town that has it all !

Bukit Senaling, located at Negeri Sembilan has been the to go place for those looking for a sunrise hike with captivating summit view ! At 394m, it takes one about 1.5 hours to hike up the 3km trail to the summit, with some short steep ascent along the way. If you are double lucky, apart from the beautiful sunrise, you might be rewarded with an amazing sea of clouds view - making it a popular destination for many hikers !
Gather your buddies for a good morning workout before you hit towards Malacca for delicious Peranakan food, shopping & more !
