Stretch and warm up.700pm to 830pm - We will start stairs climbing at 7pm from Blk 79A clockwise up and take the elevator down and repeat with an anti clockwise stairs. Do at your own pace to complete as many towers as you can. Those who are late, catch up on your own.

Gunung Panti Barat (513m), located at Kota Tinggi, makes a wonderful day hike and trip out of Singapore ! The trail starts pretty flat and gentle before you experience some slopes, rooty trail and steep ascent. The more challenging part of the hike comes just before reaching summit - where you have to climb up a rock wall, with ropes assistance. If this is too much for you, opt to climb up via the ladders instead. Savour the beautiful view at the top when you reach the summit !

If you love a good challenge, we invite you to come conquer this Pine Tree Trail & Twin Peaks hike at Fraser's Hill - a hill station renowned for its cool climate and lush greenery.
Interestingly, the hike starts at 1300m, winding through undulating trail surrounded by towering pine trees. After some up down up down, you will reach Pine Tree Peak (1448m) and if you are up for it, continue towards the Twin Peak (1505m). Savour the wonderful view of the surrounding mountain range while at the peaks ! This is gonna be a full day hike with total elevation gain of +/- 1000m and hiking distance of +/- 11km.
(Note: There will be cut off time imposed for safety reason.)Upon completion, you will spend a night in KL - makan, have a good massage & some shopping before heading back to SG on Sunday, you deserve this !

If you are exploring hiking a Malaysia mountain, Gunung Arong (240 meter), is the perfect one to begin with. It will not take you too long to reach the summit - where beautiful island and South China Sea views await you - something you do not see at other mountains. Not too far from Singapore...in Malaysia, Kulai district, sits a lovely mountain with a nice pleasant summit view. Gunung Pulai (654m) is another decent mountain that many hikers will attempt to conquer ! We will be hiking the approx. 6km jungle trail, and descend via tarmac road. If you haven't try it yet, don't wait ! Make a date with Pulai and have a great hiking trip to add to your trophies !

Mt. Kerinci, both the tallest point on Sumatra and Indonesia’s highest non-Papuan peak, at 3805m above sea level, is also the highest volcano in Southeast Asia.
The climb, too, is fantastic. For almost the entire trek you’ll be under the rainforest canopy, with loads of wildlife viewing and bird watching opportunities until you reach the scree at the very top – where the views are out of this world, making the tough climb worth it!
Mt. Tujuh Lake (Danau Gunung Tujuh), sits at around 2000m above sea level, stretches more than 4.5km across, and is completely encircled by an incredible, and little explored cloud forest. It is one of the highest volcanic caldera lakes in Southeast Asia.
Seven peaks, remnants of the old volcano, tower over the lake, with the highest rising another 700m.
Being up there, watching the clouds swirl and dance across the mountains and over the surface of the lake, it really feels like you’ve stepped into a lost world.Come join us in climbing the roof of Sumatra, experience a night camp in the wild, sleeping under the stars and enjoy your lunch by Southeast Asia highest freshwater lake!
