Build & Automate Your AI Assistant
WK Real Estate, 4875 Pearl East Circle, #100, Boulder, co, USBuild and Automate Your AI Assistant
Come design an AI assistant on your terms. You choose what it knows, how it responds, and what stays private. Then you'll put it to work on the part of your job that repeats every week. What you'll do
- Configure a custom AI assistant built around your own context and privacy protocols
- Learn a prompting formula you can reuse for any task
- Map a piece of your real work and find the part worth handing off
- Set that piece to run on a timer, whether or not you're at your desk
What you walk away with
- A working assistant you designed and you control
- An automation running on your schedule
- A repeatable approach for deciding what to hand off next
- You stay the designer. AI does the repeat work.
Cost is Free, supported by donation

Boulder: Why Women Are Exceptionally Poised to Shape AI's Next Phase
Kiln Co-Working Space, 2101 Pearl Street, Boulder, CO, USThe next phase of AI is not a disruption of tasks. It is a disruption of identity. Millions of people are about to lose the work that told them who they were, and we are now being asked to shift to who we become next. That is work women have been doing their entire lives.
Career to motherhood to caretaking to reinvention again: women carry the lived experience of navigating identity transitions, their own and other people's. Empathy and holding ambiguity are not soft skills. They are exactly what this moment requires. In Fort Collins this July, we opened this conversation with Melissa Reeve, author of Hyperadaptive, and a room full of women. Using our partner Mnfst.ai's co-sensing platform, the room surfaced real ideas in real time: a family health scheduler, a tool to help neurodivergent minds re-engage with big goals, ways to close the financial literacy gap. What emerged was proof that when women are given room to build, they build for problems the field has been missing.
Boulder picks up that conversation and brings it to a new room. We'll be in conversation with Melissa again, exploring what women bring that AI's next phase requires, and how to step into shaping what comes next rather than reacting to it.
This isn't a talk to sit through.Using Mnfst.ai's co-sensing platform, the room will practice what Melissa is describing in real time. Co-sensing happens anonymously, so honest voice is protected. Together we'll surface what this community already knows, what's ready to emerge, and what we want to build next.
Thank you to Mnfst.ai for sponsoring this meetup. Their work focuses on helping humans thrive in this moment with AI that amplifies personal growth and community wisdom, and you'll get to experience a piece of it firsthand.Come open tha fall season this with us.
This room is open to men who want to build this future with intention, and we're glad to have you.

Women in AI Northern Colorado
LINC Library Innovation Center, 501 8th Ave, Greeley, CO, USWomen in AI Northern Colorado - (Greeley)
This one's different. No speaker. No slides. No one at the front telling you how it's done.
Instead, we're doing this together. As a room. Bring one real problem you're stuck on. It can be small: organizing a chaotic schedule, automating a repetitive email, drafting a message you've been avoiding. It can be bigger: pressure-testing a business plan, untangling a pricing model, prepping for a hard conversation. It can even be personal: planning a move, or figuring out where to start on something that feels overwhelming.
Everyone submits a problem. We'll select a few to work through together, live, using AI: your instincts and ideas guiding the AI, not the other way around. But no matter who's problem we solve, everyone walks out knowing how to use AI to work through their own.
This is what Women in AI is about: women, community, and curiosity meeting AI. Together, not alone. You don't need experience. You don't need the "right" prompt. You just need something real to bring.
BYOP: Bring Your Own Problem.
Come early on September 24 to explore the incredible space where we’ll be meeting in Greeley.
The LINC Library & Innovation Center has been described as the “Meow Wolf of libraries,” and it’s easy to see why.
In addition to the library and meeting rooms, you’ll find a fully equipped makerspace with 3D printers and laser engravers, as well as an art studio, podcast studio, and much more.
The mezzanine features a dynamic, hands-on children’s learning exhibit that connects to a large-scale, two-story interactive installation by nationally renowned artist Wes Bruce.
