AI Agents and Your Career: A Practical Guide to What's Next

Kiln Co-Working Space, 2101 Pearl Street, Boulder, CO, US

The headlines about AI and jobs often miss the real story. Join us for an evening that cuts through the noise and gives you practical tools to understand how AI agents are reshaping work and how you can navigate this transformation with agency and strategic intent.

Summer Dubois Lenderman, Head of Artificial Intelligence at Meet The People, leads AI strategy and implementation across a network of 10 agencies. She believes human intelligence amplified by AI unlocks what's possible and she's operationalizing this vision in real time, building scalable systems that reduce repetitive work and empower teams for more creative, strategic contributions.

Summer will share her perspective on why the media is getting the future of work wrong, explore her company's transformation journey with agentic AI, and guide you through practical ways to examine your own workflow and identify opportunities for AI enhancement.

Our very community member, Ann Stewart Zachwieja, Chief Operating Officer at Intuist.ai, will also present. Ann brings extensive leadership in operations, product management, and scalable systems. She's passionate about turning complex problems into simple solutions that connect people to the information they need. Ann will demonstrate how AI agents work in practice, translating abstract concepts into real-world applications you can understand and use.

    What You'll Experience:
Interactive frameworks to examine your work strategically, live demos of AI agent tools, and a fireside conversation about the future of work, your questions, and how to position yourself with confidence in this evolving landscape.

This isn't about creating fear, it's about building clarity, capability, and confidence. Come ready to examine your work with fresh eyes and leave with practical steps you can take tomorrow.
