Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei says he spends up to 40% of his time on company culture, not models, not products. Because culture is what determines whether people can actually move together. And it starts before the team. It starts with you.

Culture lives in how you make decisions, what you value under pressure, where you lead naturally and where you get stuck. Whether you're building something new, joining an organization, or figuring out what's next, understanding your own values and patterns is some of the most clarifying work you can do.

When we think about team culture it isn't just about how people get along. It's where the underlying dynamics of a group become visible: the shared values driving decisions, the conflict patterns that stall progress, the gap between how a team sees itself and how it actually operates. CultureCamp is a proprietary assessment tool built to surface exactly that, and to support the full coaching lifecycle: diagnose, track, improve. The AI does real work, analyzing data, generating check-in surveys, helping coaches develop their own voice, values, and style with clients, but it does that work in service of the coach's judgment, not as a substitute for it.

What we'll work through:

  1. Your individual values, leadership style, and conflict patterns, and what they reveal
  2. How CultureCamp's AI keeps the human expert in the loop at every decision point: data analysis, check-ins, and the Voice tool, which lets coaches build their own persona from their own style and values
  3. What it actually means to design AI around human sovereignty, and why most tools don't
  4. The real challenges of building well with adaptive AI, and how to stay intentional anyway

About Alexis Halkovic, PhD is a leadership coach, social psychologist, and Co-CEO of CultureCamp AI. Her doctoral work in the CUNY Graduate Center's Critical Social Psychology program focused on structural violence and resistance: how power operates in systems, how systems affect individuals and groups, and how people resist. The systems perspective is evident in her coaching and her company.
Alexis works with founders and visionary CEOs who are driven by purpose as much as performance: leaders for whom ethics, integrity, and impact are the foundation of how they lead, not aspirational language on a wall. She helps them find clarity and courage through their biggest transitions, so they can move forward without regret and make the kind of difference they know they're here to make.
CultureCamp AI grew out of that same orientation: a recognition that understanding team culture at the level of values and dynamics, not just symptoms, is what makes organizational change actually hold. As Co-CEO, Alexis brings that perspective to how the team builds the tool, grounded in a principle she applies in her coaching practice: that the expert in the room is the human, and the science and technology exist to serve that expertise, not replace it.
