Billy Strings in Asheville!

Billy Strings is an American bluegrass singer, guitarist, and songwriter who has won three Grammys for Best Bluegrass Album, and four time Entertainer of the Year. Known for his intense songwriting and fast flat-picking guitar style, Strings has been called the future of bluegrass. His music incorporates elements of heavy metal, psychedelic music, jam bands, and classic rock, while still remaining primarily acoustic. Strings' 2021 album Home won a Grammy, in 2025 he won again for Live Vol. 1, and in 2026 for Highway Prayers.
The price of this Meetup is for one excellent ticket in row D of section 221 (next to the stage, purchased during presale) to this sold out show, and one queen bed in our room at the DoubleTree by Hilton in downtown Asheville (a short walk to the concert). We will car pool from my house in Greer at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, and drive to Asheville to check into our room. We have a 5:00 dinner reservation at The Lobster Trap. The concert begins at 7:30. We will check out of the hotel on Thursday, have lunch locally, and stay as long as we would like to explore the area.
It is the same price if you want to stay in the hotel room or not. I pay a fee to ticket services, fan clubs, and venues to get presale and great seats. I never add that charge to the tickets, but I do want a companion to drive there and back with, and stay overnight. Whoever drives will be given gas money. I hope to see you there!
